Odd. I would think it would be on the hands and heads of the people who planned and carried out the attacks.

This is why Biden told Americans to avoid the airport gates yesterday:

Yes. Biden, when notified by the Taliban commanders about the ISIS threat, immediately warned Americans to stay away from the area. Which is exactly what he should have done. ISIS would clearly like to have Biden blamed for this, but few Americans are that dumb.

The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Biden administration surrendered to the Taliban’s demand
that all U.S. forces leave Afghanistan by August 31.

This does not give America and its NATO allies enough time
to evacuate their own citizens from Afghanistan.

Biden’s message to those stranded in Afghanistan:
“May God protect our diplomats and all those in harm’s way.”

In other words, they are on their own. The bombing will
just slow the evacuations and make it harder.

The Taliban can not be trusted, and America

But who made this butchery possible? Who abandoned 1000s of American citizens to certain torture, rape, brutalizations and death? Who could easily have evacuated those people but ignored warnings?

Democrats are complicit, the knew what was going to happen and let it.
