Brothers and Sisters, Father Ripperger has taught that focusing only on all the things that are wrong with the church, takes our focus off of God.

"Anything, but God", Father R teaches, is what demons want us to do.

We need to go into deep prayer right now to restore the graces the church needs to be fighting this battle with darkness, the world over.

We need to seek refuge in her Immaculate Heart, and especially to Her Sorrowful Heart for true contrition.

This is basically true. Thank you, joymercy.

The word "only" is very important to this counsel. The example from Jesus is that both praise of the goodness of God and exposure of offenses to God within the People of God, are needed. We are called to holiness - God is due holiness in us and from us in all we do. When He is not rightly honored especially by the leaders among us, there are those among us, those called to the role of prophet, who should follow the prophets of old to speak the Truth - whether in season or out of season.

As Paul wrote to Timothy:

2Tim 4:1 I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom:
2Tim 4:2 preach the word, be urgent in season and out of season, convince, rebuke, and exhort, be unfailing in patience and in teaching.
2Tim 4:3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own likings,
2Tim 4:4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander into myths.
2Tim 4:5 As for you, always be steady, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil your ministry.
