"There is some evidence that vaccination may make illness less severe for those who are vaccinated and still get sick."Where did you read this? Can you cite a source?

The article didnt really explain but I am assuming that someone that comes in needing an ICU bed for something other than Covid, a vaccinated person would get priority. For example, a vaccinated heart attack victim might get priority over an unvaccinated stroke patient.
I know in my ICU we only have two pressure negative rooms. These are special rooms where the air pressure is kept below normal atmospheric pressure so that potentially contaminated air from an airborne disease, NOT just Covid, is kept in the room. So at present we can only handle two Covid positive patients.
Vaccinated people may not need the ICU for covid, but for car wrecks , heart attacks, other illnesses, etc...

It is good when those in charge get to choose who lives and dies. Almost like a death panel.

I'm not convinced. Currently, it is much more likely that unvaccinated will die from covid. Will making it a bit more likely change people's minds in significant enough numbers to matter?Right, this will probably be incentive enough to get vaccinated.
The unvaccinated brought it on themselves.
