Quality of life in America depends almost entirely on just 1 factor alone.

On how many Americans do this:

"Love your neighbor as yourself"

this way:

"In everything, do to others as you would have them do to you, for this is the essence of the law and the prophets."

If most Americans do these, then America will be really great to live in. If most don't, then it won't be so nice to live in.

(Mark 12:31 and Matthew 7:12 (or 12-14))

That is very true. The issue has become for far too many, "force others to do to others as you would have them do." Use government to force everything upon each other as we deem important. If we don't think others are doing enough then I have a right to force them to do more.

That is as unloving as it gets.

Without social justice and climate control the world will cease to be. Capitalism, sufficiently regulated to insure lack of exploitation of natural and human resources, is a good system.
It's a great system to control everyone. Your kind if thinking is what creates totalitarianism. Cause it's all for the greater good you know.

In the future, I can't say when precisely, everyone will have food and a roof over their head as part of the Great Reset and Agenda 2030. Poverty will then be redefined as technologically based. We can already see this happening when the World Economic Forum talks about the "digital divide".

"In 2020, the world embraced digital transformation at an expedited pace, reimagining technology’s critical role in how we work, learn and live. At the same time, the COVID-19 pandemic illuminated a long-standing issue: billions of people remain without the universal human right of internet access." - COVID-19 exposed the digital divide. Here's how we can close it

Many people will praise what is happening as a result of the good aspects, especially the end of our old understanding of poverty. Likewise, they will be on board with ending the new poverty or new inequality that relates to high speed internet, cell phones, and everything tech related. Because of the fear of each other provoked by the news media, and maybe as a requirement for living in the corporation or government leased homes, they will accept being monitored by all of their devices.

Studies show that technology creates isolation and that has a negative impact upon health. The elite will say they are fixing this with advanced A.I. companions and the next stages of virtual reality where it feels like you are in the same room as your family and friends. Benefits of this include not having to get ready because your avatar you can be modified in seconds, which many women are going to love, as well as experiencing fabulous places together much cheaper then it would be to do so in real life. The main impetus however is going to be that it is safer because, somewhat ironically, you can't contact a virus in a digital space.

Our machines contract them, therefore we in a round about way contract artificial illness which still interrupts our digital social agendas.

So burn down the buildings, pay double at the pumps, and exploit the working class through universal income. Welcome to the NWO

My personal view...
  • The US is fully under the control of the "powers that be". Whatever financial crisis we face as a country is planned years in advance, in my opinion. What can't be planned for is the devastating impact of the birth pains. Natural disasters—the fires in the west affecting the food supply, earthquakes and floods affecting infrastructure, etc.
  • Based on Bible prophecy, I don't think we have much more than ten years left before Jesus returns, if that. Twenty years from now, if things progress as they are, we will be with the Lord and entering the thousand year reign.
Of course, I could be wrong. Time will tell.

When climate change is addressed, there won't be pumps--and far less floods, droughts, forest fires, hurricanes, tsunamis, etc.
Technology will eliminate many jobs. The humane way to address this is shorter work weeks, longer vacations, etc. More time for families. This could be wonderful.
Burning down buildings? That's what happens when technology robs people of work and companies and countries shrug and prepare for a permanent underclass.
We can do better than that. Jesus divided the loaves and fishes--he would want companies to give opportunity to all even if the work week was shortened.

Interesting that God provides for one day of rest and six days of work. And now we want to claim Jesus would only want us to work four days a week?

All our overlords will have the money, the nice houses and cars. Us peasants will bow at the feet if goveremt and be grateful for what they give us.

No world power lasts nor is meant to. No leader lasts nor is meant to. God gave us limited life for a reason. The US became a world power after WWII when it sold itself to the British Empire as a mercenary force, not only depleting the wealth of the British Empire, but also taking what was promised to the USSR by Britain in return for their help (and actually who won the war on both fronts). It is a rare thing for anyone or nation to acquire a windfall (think lottery) and eventually not come to ruin because of it. Greed and arrogance is the equivalent of rust or cancer. It takes down every so called world power simply because the people play long with the system. God offered an alternate system but hardly no one seems interested.

Maybe it's time those who think themselves so "grown up" they're allowed to dispense with all sense of propriety, courtesy and perspective in telling others to "grow up" - maybe it's time they do a little reigning in of such prodigous presumption and take their own advice for once.

In fact, it's this very presumptuous attitude that assures the next 20 years - if we make it that long - will truly become a hell on earth.

We tried to be polite. They called us snowflakes.

So all Americans the supported free speech were scam artists?
Supporting it is one thing but at no time was it ever free for if anyone stepped outside the 'system' they became the brunt of aggression. That has once again become blatantly obvious with social media, censorship, the offended who demand that all that offends them be removed so there is only one voice, and the cancel culture. And democracy means being given a chance to choose between two things which were given to you to choose from, where no matter which one won, the system never suffered.

That is not democracy. The system will always be affected by our choices. THAT is the point of democracy.
