Yo should find something fun that you can lose yourself partially in. To at least distract you temporarily from those thoughts of depression.

When i was down and out, working out with weights and aerobic exercise seemed to both lift the depressed spirits and also give me more confidence. Prayers continue.

Studies show exercise is more effective than pills for depression. Even just dancing at home can be great exercise.
