I have a few friends who believe they should not have to get vaccines, they are upset when people tell them they should. My friends show all the articles most of which are from uneducated conspiracy theorist. I have see arguments from both sides so her is what I know. Vaccines can have side effects, the people who have side effects are in a very small percentage. We all have the right to choose, but the right ends were your decision endangers the lives of others, there are people who for many reasons can not get vaccines. So there life literally depends on herd immunity. You want to make a educated decision on vaccines or anything for that matter. You look at the information of people EDUCATED IN THE TOPIC IN THE CASE OF VACCINES...THOUSANDS IF NOT MILLIONS OF DOCTORS AND SCIENTIST!!! You do not listen to uneducated conspiracy theorist. You read an article on the internet you look up the writer. If the writer does not have a college education you might want to ignore them. And then we just have a group of people who are...I DONT HAVE TO DO WHAT YOU SAY!!! Those type of people are similar to toddlers lol. So that is my take I am sure others have there's

I am vaccinated against COVID-19 and so also has my family that lives in my home. In general Americans have all been vaccinated against "something" at some time in our lives no matter that "some people" have bad reactions to a vaccine in these past decades.

When you look "At the death" count for COVID-19 so far -- it is heavily slanted to upper age ranges over 60. So people under 30 have almost zero risk of dying from it even if they are not vaccinated. Those under 50 that die of it generally have other co-morbidity health conditions which means it is "possible" for them to know ahead of time that they have that increased risk and so should get vaccinated.

Look at 0:01:45 h:m:s of this video showing how the Delta variant is wayyy more capable of infecting people who are not vaccinated and have not been previously infected by this virus.

"The rights of the many outweigh the rights of the few"

That kind of logic has been used to justify all kinds of tyranny and oppression

That's true - it is at the heart of communism ... So we have the "Bill of rights" which a few people on the left would like to delete these days.

"still" we don't allow someone who "feels like it" to shout "fire" in a crowded theater for the fun of it

Your post reflects the fact that you listen to a few (biased news outlets). They are not giving you all the facts.

You say that those who have a reaction to the vaccine are few. So is the percentage of those who die from Covid —in the area of 99.8, and much less for the young and healthy.

Regardless of what they tell you, this vaccine is different from other vaccines, and messes with your RNA, which controls your DNA. It is the only one of its kind that has gone to such public availability. They don't know what they are doing. You are their guinea pig, part of an experiment.

Just because the sound you hear is loud, doesn't make it true.

JESUS DID NOT HAVE A COLLEGE EDUCATION SO YOUR LOGIC SAYS IGNORE HIM.

Is that really your reply to a discussion about the COVID-19 vaccines? Take a single quote and distort the meaning of the post? What motivates you??

But its also a crucial basis for any democracy.

Who is facilitating the running of the country is a bit different from the many dictating what individuals get put into their own bodies though.

I mean the logic could be used to argue that the population is too high and therefore it is beneficial for the many to force the few who want to have large families to have abortions or be sterilized...

It is better to be "a guinea pig" or die an excruciating death? They do know what they are doing. What are your credentials?

Notice that he said, "the rights", rather than "the needs". A true democratic statement would be, "The rights of the many outweigh the desires of the few.", but even then, the rights referenced would be the true, God-given, rights —not the government's democratic party's perceived or proclaimed 'rights'.

Mob rule never goes well.

The choice, whatever your personal opinion on the matter, is still fundamentally down to the individual.

Like if I decide to start smoking, or drinking excessively... Not wise by medical standards, but still my choice and my right to do so

Basic human rights are mostly defined in a constitution. Any democratic country has one.

I am always quite uncomfortable hearing that people or majority of people are mob and therefore should not decide what they want... we know where this leads. To tyranny.

You ignore all the many insurre... er, rio... er, 'protests', where many were killed or injured, business burned and looted, other property damaged, and state and federal facilities ruined?

Why call a protest where relatively few actually did anything illegal, (not to mention the suspicious lack of defenses and the accounts of those who were there, who were being screamed at by 'mob leaders' (that nobody knew), to rush the building), an insurrection, as though that was the plan of most, not to mention of the President?

You really can't see the bias of the press and of the government officials?

One basic human right is bodily autonomy, in other words that the individual can decide whether they want to put something in their body or not.

What if the majority voted that all men should be castrated, would it make it justified?

a) How do you supposedly know what I know? That is a bizarre assumption.
b) All you're stating is your unfounded opinion. Again, what are your credentials (if any)?
