I am a university student. I was supposed to graduate but I have gotten my result and I have to stay back for another half-year.

What I afraid of was disappointing my parent again. Last few years I have made some serious mistake again and again. So this time I afraid of letting them know.

I got a brother who uses any chance to bully or insult me. If he knows that I had to repeat for half a year I don't know how to take it for the month to come.

I would like to request prayers to help me to resolve this situation.

JS: do you know why you have to repeat? Years ago I had to retake certain classes. I later figured out each teacher I failed spoke a foreign language and their English was imperfect. I have a disability that makes hearing hard and add in muddy speech and just can't hear them at all.

So often there is a reason we fail (like poor self esteem). Understanding that reason may not stop your failures but with time you can side step far better who to take and who not to take your classes with. Also this may not help, but my situation got a lot better when I tried not to disappoint G-d and let family deal with their own issues themselves. I know its hard, but G-d made you and He doesn't make mistakes! So if they are saying you are (in the many ways people hurt others they love) you really need to change the voice your listening to.

I pray for you, especial that you come to hear the still small voice over all the voices in your life.

Everyone I know including yours truly stumbled at some point during school. I even dropped out of my major for two weeks then changed right back, more determined than ever to push through it all, but college is no joke and no one should be made fun of for struggling. Prayers for your schooling and your life, and if you ever want to learn more about my faith, please do not hesitate to ask me. I've been through the fields of life and my journey has never been easy, but I have faith, and that faith is what gets me through each day.

Some brothers are supportive and love you, and a few are jealous and wretched people. Press on and be determined to win, and find your path for your goals. Maybe someday your brother will mature and be proud --if not jealous of what you have accomplished. Stay in close to the Lord Jesus daily!

I am sending you the courage to deal with your family/your brother. Don't worry studying is very hard and you deserve to be respected for all your efforts. Don't worry, another half-year, you can do it, you've already done so much I can sense it. i really hope that your situation improves. xoxo GD

You have received some good advice here --be brave and do what is needed to achieve and succeed! What is this G-d you speak of? I hope you are not being ashamed to speak of our Creator-God by that.

How are you doing with everything plalo? I hope that everything has worked out okay for you and that school has been successful so far. I will pray that you will have good support and continued success in school. A setback isn't a failure. I agree with @Jeffwhosoever that faith is what has gotten me through many many days in my life. I couldn't go a day without Him leading and guiding me.
