How many "billions" does one need? Yes, indeed He is maker of them all .... the bible also says this ...

Matthew 19:24

Berean Literal Bible
And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
How do you a mere man know if the billionaire didn't work much harder, had a heart of generosity and employed billions of people...not to mention paying 1/2 the social security payments of all those he employs and state and federal unemployment. These are a blessing to many, many people. Perhaps this is the LORD's purpose in blessing the man or woman with money. Just who do you think should redistribute that man's wealth...man or God. God will take away the wealth where He sees fit...are you a jealous or spiteful person or one who compares himself to others as though we are in competition? All these are wrong or sinful intentions of the Christian heart.

You mean Matthew 19:24-26 don't you" Complete the thought:
24 Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”

25 When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, “Who then can be saved?”

26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

I don't think anyone should "distribute" anyone's wealth .... I just was putting a question forth if these billionaires were to "give" what kind of an impact would it have on society ... positive or negative? and no I'm not a jealous or spiteful person ... nor do I feel as though we are in competition.

good grief ;o)

What are you trying to prove with your post then??
The math you presented doesn't add up to 1 million each person either.
Furthermore people with money don't go around with huge cash accounts; they invest in other holdings such as companies which employ a lot of folks.
Jesus also speaks of individual ownership of money...
Matthew 20:14-16:
14 Take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave you. 15 Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?’
16 “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”
and...
Acts 5:3-4:
3 Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land? 4 Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”

And any other account with possessions are just that, possessions of the holder (and God's of course) real or implied by context.

Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.

There are approximately 328.2 million (2019) people residing in the US.
There are approximately 614 billionaires in the US

Suppose they all kicked in a gave every American 1 million dollars.

Now .... money certainly don't solve everything .... but .... what do you think would happen if some (or even one) of these billionaires gave away 1 million to each person?

Money doesn't change the nature of men. It is the love of money that is evil. With food and clothing we are to be content. I know millionaires you would never think are millionaires. They live simply and use their investments to provide for the spreading of the gospel. Some drive 20 year old trucks and cars and take few, vacations.

For most of the worldly who love power, money, the lust of the eyes and flesh it might be different. But then, when is enough enough? The suicide rate amongst those who are the wealthiest is almost 3 times that of the average person. Why? Because they know for a fact that money does not buy happiness. Just stuff.

Psalm 62:10: KJV
Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
Proverbs 22:2: KJV
The rich and poor meet together: the Lord is the maker of them all.
1 Timothy 6:17-18: NIV
Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.

Therefore it is not that some are wealthy, God blesses some with wealth and perhaps that is a test to them...not to set their heart on wealth. From Psalm 62 above and Proverbs 22:2 we see that the rich are within the church and meet together peaceably and thereby are accepted by God. 1 Timothy 6 even issues commands to them.

In the following passages we see the Christian is not to seek to become rich, however...wealth can become a lure and idolatry...
I Timothy 6:8-10 NIV:
But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

Money belongs to God and in Biblical context we see it is distributed for the most part based upon work...
II Thessalonians 3:10 KJV:
For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

I know what the bible has to say about it .... I was putting forth the question as to how it would effect society. Positive or negative?

If that is all you want feed back on register me as a negative. Giving money away promotes laziness and an idea that everything should be free or could be free...even rich people run out of money to give away and then what???
Unfortunately many of those in need often do not know even the principles of economics and the value of frugality and thriftiness.
