The last heat wave that hit record highs in western Canada has caused a massive die-off of mussels and other sea creatures. The mussels were littery cooked in their shells.

I can't imagine what the impact will be if another heat wave hits later this summer. Or keeps hitting over the years.

Heat Wave Killed An Estimated 1 Billion Sea Creatures, And Scientists Fear Even Worse

apparently many fruits boiled, it's going to be interesting to see just how much damage to crops those few days did.

Atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations from human activity have continued going up.
Ummm... this what I said:

Glad all our efforts to curb global warming are working so splendiforously.

So, what's your point?

Youre wrong. Or if youre being sarcastic then youre right.
How am I wrong? If temps are continuing to rise (irrespective of the cyclical nature of temperature changes (according to some)), and greenhouse gases are continuing to rise (according to you), then what effect, really, have our efforts to date actually been to curb either?

Youre wrong if you think our efforts have been working. Our efforts have not reduced emissions nearly enough, and net atmospheric heat has followed suit.

Sounds like youre skeptical our "efforts" have been working tho, as am I.
