All of Satan's posse come in after the return. That is the problem with all these charts. Those 42 months split the last celebration of the time of the return. Those 42 months come after the 6 Trumpets and 7 Thunders. Christ is already on earth during this time of greatest tribulation.
Satan and his angels are cast down to the earth at the middle of the seven years. Revelation 12:7-9.

At the end of the seven years, Jesus returns and Satan is cast into the bottomless pit. The great tribulation is ended the day that Jesus returns.

It doesn't say in detail the judgment on his angels at that time. It does say in 1Corinthians6:3

3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

That removal is when the FP and beast are cast into the Lake of Fire. The beast is the image.

The beast is not the image of the beast.

The mortally wounded/healed head - is the beast person
The second beast, the one coming out of the earth - the false prophet
The image of the beast (person) - a great statue (incarnated by Satan)

The removal of Satan and angels is the third woe of the 7th Trumpet. That part happens soon after the 7th Trumpet starts to sound. Satan is angry and coming to earth.

The image is the image created in the form of the FP. Satan and the FP make an image of the first beast, the FP. Satan brings this image to life.

Try actually reading all of Haggai. He mentions Kislev 24, 3 times.
In Bible prophecy; 3 mentions means its highly significant.

Hi keras,

Yes you are right, Haggai talks of the `24th day of the 9th month, Kislev 24. Thank you keras. Interesting prophecy there.

From the 25 th of Kislev for 8 days is the festival of Chanukah, festival of lights. And that is when I believe the Lord will return.

What about the image's removal? It will be standing in a holy place where it can plainly be seen - in order for them in Judaea to know that they should flee to the mountains.

The answer is it will be reduced to ashes. The only way to know what happens to the abomination of desolation statue image is from Ezekiel 28:16-19. Satan will be incarnating the image - that's what makes it speak, breathe, appear to have life.

When Jesus returns, the brightness of his coming, focused on that statue image will burst it into flames, turning it to ashes - exposing Satan visible for everyone to see, and how he had been deceiving all that will have been worshiping the image for over three years. The exposure of Satan on the temple mount will be a shock to them who will have been worshiping the statue.

16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.

Hi douggg,

Jesus said the A/D was in the middle of the tribulation, (Matt. 24: 15) referring to Daniel 9: 27.

Hi douggg,

Jesus said the A/D was in the middle of the tribulation, (Matt. 24: 15) referring to Daniel 9: 27.

Marilyn.
Not in the middle of "the tribulation", but in the middle of the 70th week.

The 70th week is not all tribulation. Because for much of the first half of the 70th week, the world is saying peace and safety because it will mistakenly think it is in the beginning years of messianic age.

Matthew 24:15 also was referring to Daniel 12:11-12, which the exact day that the abomination of desolation will be setup to be worshiped can be determined.

On day 1185, 1335 days before Jesus returns on day 2520. Day 1185 is in the midst of the week, i.e. middle part, as it says in Daniel 9:27 kjv. Day 1260 is the "exact" middle. The day the two witnesses will be killed by the beast.

27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Hi Douggg,

I agree that the length of the trib, and the 70th week are different. Though we know they run concurrent. And yes you are right the A/D is in the middle of the 70th week. Thank you for that correction.

Now I believe the saying of `Peace & Safety,` (security as well in the Greek) is what is happening in our time. The UN`s mandate is exactly that `Peace and Security,` (Safety). You can see it on their web site.

It is what people are wanting - `peace and safety,` especially in this pandemic time. So let`s look closely at God`s word.

`For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labour pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
But you brethren are not in darkness that this day should overtake you as a thief.` (1 Thess. 5: 2 - 4)

So when does `sudden destruction` come?

The sudden destruction in 1Thessalonians5 is referring to the beginning of the day of the Lord.

The day of the Lord actually lasts for eternity. But it is the beginning years that are the hard times of the great tribulation.

The day of the Lord is triggered by the Antichrist (king of Israel at the time) without warning stops the daily sacrifice, goes into the temple, sits, claims to have achieved God-hood - revealing himself as the man of sin, and not the messiah after all.

It will end the false messianic age of the world saying peace and safety, and it will trigger a mixed reaction.

1. The Jews will be mortified and will renounce him as their king of Israel, ending his time as the Antichrist.

2. On the other hand, many in the world will think "wow", he has taken the ultimate step to human self-realization. Keep in mind that the person will be into Jewish mysticism, i.e. kabbalah. In Daniel 8, he causes "craft" to prosper. He will be a Jew. A pattern for such a person imo would be someone like Elias Rubenstein or be influenced by such thinking...Elias Rubenstein - Elias Rubenstein (I am not making any claim about anyone being the Antichrist).

The Antichrist will be a Jew and will emerge out of Europe. Pre-Antichrist, the person will become the leader of the EU, as the little horn, over a ten leader form of government in the EU. Which has yet to developed. It is something to keep an eye on.

3. Others will be opposed to his claim, shocked by it, and will use military means to remove him. In Ezekiel 28:1-10, God has strangers (to him) come against him and kill him. Likely an assassination.

2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:

.....

7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.

8 They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas.

9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.

________________________________________________

After the person is killed, and his soul in hell, God in disdain for the person, after a few day brings him back to life - it is then the person becomes the beast (no longer the Antichrist, phony king of Israel).

His power base falls back on the ten leaders, who hand the EU over to him, as "dictator" of the EU. That's the way it appears to be for the last 42 months before Jesus returns. The EU, likely allied by the U.S. and Canada, will dominate the rest of the world during that time.

The image made of him after he becomes the beast, and the image placed on the temple mount, will begin the great tribulation on day 1185.

This conforms to the Prophesies.
The day of the Lord actually lasts for eternity
This does not.

The great and terrible Day of the Lord's vengeance and wrath, is a single day event. Isaiah 9:14, Zechariah 3:9, Revelation 18:8
The Day of the Lord's fiery wrath, is the Sixth Seal worldwide disaster. It will be the commencement of all the end time events, leading up to the glorious return of Jesus, for the last 'heavenly day' of 1000 years earth time.

Hi TC,

I agree that people should not do endless genealogies etc. However, to study what God has said in His word is what we have been commanded to do and to teach others. (2 Tim. 2: 15, Matt. 28: 20)

No one here is saying the year and date. What we are looking at are the Jewish calendar which God instigated and their festivals. To know what that is in our solar calendar changes from year to year.

However, as God`s word says `we will see the day approaching.` (Heb. 10: 25)

regards, Marilyn.

Yes, I agree all scripture is profitable. But my point was that endlessly pontificating on when Christ is going to return is subject to incredulity. For Christ also says, "Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?” (Luke 18:8b).

Hi TC,

I hear your heart and agree with you. Now we are not going on and on, endlessly pontificating, about Christ`s return. If you would look again at the OP you will see that it is in relation to the Lord`s Jewish months. That is a wondrous thing for it encourages our hearts as to the Lord`s detail concerning the Jews.

As to your last quote, that is also in relation to those few Jewish believers who come out of the trib, who are looking for their Messiah.

I will just comment on the first point now. We need to establish that first.

Can you give scriptures for when you see the Day of the Lord beginning?

Marilyn.
The beginning of the Day of the Lord is in 1Thesslaonians5.

2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

The day of the Lord begins with destruction and wrath. Preceded by the world saying "peace and safety".

The rapture/resurrection is in verse 9-11 about avoiding, not appointed to, the wrath of that time, when the day of the Lord begins.

This is important to note because in his second letter to the Thessalonians, Paul has to reassure the Thessalonians, and distill rumors that the day of the Lord, the day of Christ, had not begun already. Here is the rapture/resurrection in these verses in 1Thessalonians5.

9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

10 Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.

11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

So in Paul's second letter to the Thessalonians, to reassure the Thessalonians that they had not missed the rapture, and distill rumors that the day of the Lord started already, Paul has to expand on what must take place before the day of Lord, the day of Christ, begins.

We already have from 1Thessalonians5 - the world must be saying "Peace and Safety" - a false messianic age - before the Day of the Lord begins.

Adding to that information, two more factors Paul informs in 2Thessalonians2.

In 2Thessalonians2:3 - a falling away from believing Jesus is the messiah. To believe that the Antichrist is the messiah instead.

Then in 2Thessalonians2:4 - the transgression of desolation act by the Antichrist, revealing himself as the man of sin and not the messiah* after all.

*(the) messiah, (the) christ, in Jewish connotation, means the promised great King of Israel, descended from king David, to lead Israel and the world into the messianic era of peace and safety.

___________________________________________

When the Antichrist goes into the temple, sits, claims to have achieved God-hood, that triggers the beginning of the Day of the Lord.

God's wrath begins by having the revealed man of sin killed.

Later, after the person is brought back to life, becoming the beast, and the image made of him and placed on the temple mount, the abomination of desolation - that triggers the Great Tribulation.

ToD - triggers the beginning of the Day of the Lord.
AoD - triggers the Great Tribulation.

The beginning of the Day of the Lord cannot be pinpointed on the timeline chart. We can deduce a general time, but not an exact day. It looks to be about 3 years thereabouts into the seven years, that the Antichrist will commit his audacious act of claiming to have achieved God-hood.

Differently, the beginning of the Great Tribulation will be 1335 days before Jesus returns. day 1185, 1335 days before Jesus returns.

Is it not possible for you to read the scriptures I presented?
Here they are so you don't avoid the proof of the Day of the Lord's fiery wrath being just a one day event:
Isaiah 9:14-15 Therefore on one day the Lord will cut off from Israel....the aged, the honored and the false prophets.
Zechariah 3:9 In a single day, I shall wipe away the guilt of this land.
Revelation 18:8 Plagues shall strike her [spiritual Babylon] in a single day.....and she shall perish in flames.

A proper understanding of what the Prophets have informed of what the Lord will use to carry out His terrible Day of wrath, shows how it can only last for one literal day. Or there would be no survivors.
To condense...from my previous post.
Why bother?
Your whole end times idea is out of the left field and unsupported by Bible prophecy.

Hi Douggg,

Now you have the 1 Thess. 5: 2 & 3 scripture, but it only says `peace and safety & sudden destruction.`
Obviously we need more scriptures to give us the details. You have `thought` what they are but we need God`s specific words to clarify, and not just our opinions.

Would you like to give more scriptures which say `the Day of the Lord?` This will open up the subject more.

(I am assuming you know that "the day of the Lord" is in the text of 1Thessalonians5:2.)

In 2Thessalonians2 the day of Christ is a referral to the day of the Lord, as Jesus is the Lord. The rapture/resurrection in 1Thessalonians5:9-11 is before the day of the Lord begins.

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

In his first letter to the Thessalonians, which Paul wrote Christians are not appointed to wrath that will take place when the day of the Lord begins. And to be comforted accordingly in 1Thessalonians5:9-11.

Hi Douggg,

Yes I know 1 Thess. 5: 2, (agree), and 2 Thess. 2: 2 is also the Day of the Lord.

Now in your diagram you have the rapture about the time of the gog, magog war, which I also agree. However you have the Day of the Lord after that.

You may like to look at Joel ch. 2 and then discuss.

Marilyn.
