There is the Cross and the Blood Atonement that is the offer of God, as a Gift of reconciliation, to the world. John 3:16.
So, you have those like me who preach the Cross.. as this Gift.
This is Pauline Theology. The Gospel of the Grace of God. Justification by faith, without works.....faith is accepted by God, as righteousness.

And this message of TRUTH will find constant opposition, . and that includes family members, church members, forum members, and everyone who does not accept the Gospel, as the "Gift of Salvation" and wants to instead teach their gospel of works, Galatians 1:8 = commandment keeping, self saving, and SELF RIGHTEOUSNESS.

So, this "battle"< plays out between people, but its actually spiritual warfare that is the Devil using his people to Resist the Grace of God, and God using His own to , as Jude teaches...>"contend for the True Faith".

See that "contention" feel that STRIFE...
