Habakkuk 1:5 Look around you among the nations, see there a sight that will utterly astound you, you will not believe it when you are told of what is being done in your days.

Habakkuk 1:6-11 goes on to say how the Babylonians were appointed to execute judgement against the House of Judah, but the preceding verses in Habakkuk 1:1-4 are a general indictment onto peoples and nations whose ‘laws are ineffective and where justice is overruled’. Therefore this threat of action by the Lord applies to our times, as well.

Acts 13:40-41 Beware, then lest you bring down upon yourselves the doom proclaimed by the prophets. Look, you who fail to grasp the truth, be surprised and perish. I am doing a work in your days, something that you will not believe, even though it has been pointed out to you.
This is the parallel passage from the New Testament. Pauls quote, was nothing to do with Jesus and His work on the cross, the message of salvation is not ‘doom’.
It applies to the end times: ‘your days’, not his days, but our days.

The ‘Doom proclaimed by the prophets’, will be the great and terrible Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath. All the prophets and Jesus make it clear that this ‘Day of doom’, is the next prophesied event that we can expect to happen. Jesus quoted the first and half of the second verse of Isaiah 61:1-2, at the commencement of His ministry. The worldwide Day of vengeance of our God’, is the next prophesied event, still not yet happened. It will be the Sixth Seal; a worldwide disaster of similar magnitude as what happened in the days of Noah, which commences all the prophesied end times events, leading up to the glorious Return of Jesus.

The earth was judged by water at the time of Noah. When will the whole earth be judged by fire as prophesied?
The terrible Day of the Lord's vengeance and fiery wrath, is the day no one knows. The unexpected and shocking day, a literal 24 hour day, that will change the world and commence all the end times events.

The Day that Jesus Returns will be known; as it will come 1260 days after the Temple is desecrated. Revelation 13

However we can ascertain the season for this forthcoming Day of the Lord's wrath by fire against His enemies. It will happen when the peoples surrounding Israel commence their attack, as prophesied in Psalms 83
Also when Elam, Persia, now Iran attempt to nuke Israel. Jeremiah 49:35-37 I believe we are very close to that Day.

What about the parable of the tares? The wheat is gathered into the barn and the tares are burned at the end of the age. How does this fit in?

Matt 13
27“The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’
28“ ‘An enemy did this,’ he replied.
“The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’

29“ ‘No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. 30Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’ ”

There is no 'whisked away' 'rapture'. People are gathered (physically if alive, spiritually if dead).

The mark of the beast is the 'bundling of the tares' to be burned (metaphorically).

If Iran & the US 'confirm their covenant/ confirm the 2015 Deal' on July 1st, then imo, that is another signal that Iran will attack the US on July 4, 2021 (breaking the Decl of Independence covenant in the middle of 70 '7's (490/2 =245. July 4, 1776 + 245 = July 4, 2021. Fits with saying, 'peace & safety,' then sudden destruction (3.5 days is sudden, not 3.5 years). This would kick off the Trumpets.

July 1st is also the unveiling of the Princess Diana statue (for people to worship).

Revelation 10 gives us the 7 Thunders. However the detail has been sealed up. That is all we are told.

After Noah's flood, the Lord visited the earth twice - once to smell the sacrifice and second to judge the tower and city of Babel. After the judgement by fire (perhaps the Day of the Lord, as you say) will Christ come down twice - once to save the true believers (the elect) by shortening the days, and later to judge what is left of Mystery Babylon? I believe there may be something of a parallel here. The Day of the Lord may also be involved in World War III.

This burning of the tares, fits in the forthcoming Sixth Seal fiery depopulation of the Middle East.
Then, a few months later; when the holy Land is regenerated, comes the gathering of the faithful people of God to live there. Ezekiel 34:11-16, and Psalms 107 and Isaiah 66:18b-21 describes how we get there.

Habakkuk 2:1-3 I will stand on the ramparts and learn what the Lord is saying to us. The Lord says: Write this down and make it clear for all to see; The fulfilment awaits the appointed time, it speaks of the time of the end and will not prove false. Though it delays, wait for it, it will surely come before too long.

Bible prophecy does tell us what will happen ‘at the appointed time’. James 5:7-11

Habakkuk 2:4 The reckless will lack an assured future, while the righteous will live by being faithful.
Those who follow their own lusts and desires will ‘lack an assured future’, that is they may survive the forthcoming fire judgement, but must face the Tribulation. On the other hand, the righteous will live under the care and protection of the Lord. Galatians 3:11

Habakkuk 2:5-7 As for the person who is proud, arrogant and treacherous; they will not win in the end, because they are as greedy as the grave. The nations and peoples follow in this error, but surely they will face ridicule and those who have ill-gotten gains will be scorned. Their debtors will suddenly rise up and the creditors will become victims, instead.

The proud and arrogant people will be brought low. Psalms 5:5-6 While the godless face insecurity, those who discern the times and study the prophetic Word, will maintain their faith and live in quiet trust for a blessed future. Isaiah 30:15

Habakkuk 2:8-19 Those who have shed blood and inflicted violence to cities and have plundered nations, now, the rest of the world will plunder you.
Woe betide those who seek unjust gain, their schemes will bring dishonor and put their lives at risk.

Woe betide those who build their lives on crime and lies. Those nations labou for a pittance and their peoples exhaust themselves for nothing.

Woe betide those who make others drink the outpouring of God’s wrath, they will be filled with shame when it is their turn to face judgement.

Woe to those who seek guidance from idols or divinators, they are useless and of no value. Reference: REB, NIV. Some verses abridged.

The ‘cup of God’s wrath’, is symbolic of His anger. Jeremiah 25:15-29 It will be poured out upon all of the people mentioned in Isaiah 2:12-21, Isaiah 13:9-15, Rev. 6:12-17, on the Great and terrible Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, a judgement of fire, that will affect all the world. Huge numbers will be killed, Jeremiah 9:22, Isaiah 66:15-17 and the survivors will recover, then form a One World government.
Meanwhile, those who have kept their faith and trust in the Lord, will be motivated to emigrate to the Holy Land, where they will settle and live peace and prosperity. Amos 9:13-15, Isaiah 35

Habakkuk 2:20 The Lord is in His Holy Temple, let all the earth be silent in His presence. Psalms 11:4-6

The Shekinah Glory will return to the new Temple, in Jerusalem. Ezekiel 43:1-6 Then, some years later, Jesus Returns to reign for 1000 years.

If we take the two days of Christ as 2000 years, then the Day of the Lord would be around 2030. It took the Israelites 40 years in the desert and 6 years to conquer Canaan. Multiplying those figures by 50 - the jubilee number - gives 2000 and 300. Also, the 2300 days to purify the temple in Daniel 8:14, if counted as years, would begin when the veil of the temple was ripped at the time of Christ's death, or about 30 AD, giving the restored temple as of 2330. I conclude that from the time of the Day of the Lord to Christ's second coming to judge the nations will be about 300 years. This gives enough time for all the events of the book of Revelation and others in the Old Testament to unfold in a gradual, natural way. The One World Government will degenerate into Mystery Babylon and be conquered and taken over by the beast and false prophet, and finally destroyed in Rev 16:17-21. Interestingly, Hebrew legends say that the tower of Babylon was destroyed by a comet hitting the tower.

Interestingly, if the vision of Zech:4 is interpreted historically (this is legitimate because only symbols are involved) the first tree represents the return of the Jews from Babylon to construct the temple and start the state of Judea. It ends with Christ's first appearance and the destruction of the temple by the Romans. The candlestick with seven lamps represents the diaspora of the Jews into Christian nations. The second tree represents the state of Israel begun in 1948. It will continue until Christ's second coming to judge the nations (separate the wheat from the tares). The vision doesn't say that the trees are equal in size or symmetrical.

I see the 2000 years as the period between His acclamation as King, Luke 19:38, and His Return as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Rev 19:11

The Day of the Lord's fiery wrath, the Sixth Seal, must happen at least 7+ years before the Return.

The book of Revelation doesn't contain the Second Coming of Christ. He will return from heaven in the same manner that He left (Acts 1:11), without the heavenly horses, but accompanied by holy angels (Matt 25:31). The vision of John in Rev 19:11-21 indicates that the heavenly host is making spiritual war against the beast and his armies. The physical conflict here is actually between the kings of the east and the beast. The kings of the east win because God is on their side. This divine intervention is in the same vein as what happened when the Israelites crossed the Red Sea. The Lord took off the chariot wheels of the Egyptians (Ex 14:24-5) so they could not escape.

Christ appears as a Holy Spirit manifestation after 2,000 years to shorten the Day of the Lord - otherwise no flesh would be saved. Those saying He is coming again soon are not really wrong. At that time He also will declare His accession to the throne of His father, and the beginning of the Kingdom of God on earth. About 300 years later, He will return in His true physical body to judge the nations within the Kingdom of God. For His first appearance He will look like the paintings, icons and images in visions of the saints. For His true second coming He will have the typical semitic look of the curved nose for the Jews of the 1st century AD.

Symbolically, the first coming of Christ is found in the tabernacle as the first door. The second coming is the second door. The two rooms are in a ratio of 2:1, representing the two days of Christ for the first room and the third day (the millennium) for the second (Most Holy) room.

The ‘cup of God’s wrath’, is symbolic of His anger. Jeremiah 25:15-38

In Noah’s day, God’s wrath came as a flood, but now we are told: the earth is reserved for burning…2 Peter 3:5-7 and in Deut. 32:22 & 34-35 I have sealed up in My storehouse, a fire, set ablaze by My anger, waiting the Day of punishment and vengeance. Psalms 50:3-6

It will be poured out upon all the world, Isaiah 2:12-21, Revelation 6:12-17, but especially onto the Middle East region. Psalms 83:1-8, Ezekiel 30:1-5, as the great and terrible Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath, a C.M.E. sunstrike, that will be a world changing event. The temple of Ezekiel will be built only after the 1000 years of Christ's reign during the little season of Rev 20:3. As Christ said "Destroy this temple and in three days I will raise it up. (Jn 2:19) Besides referring to His body, He was referring to Herod's temple. Three days, or about 3,000 years later Ezekiel's temple will be built. Herod's temple, begun in 19 BC, lasted only for about 89 years until destroyed by the Romans. Ezekiel's temple will last a similar length of time until destroyed by the invasion of Gog and Magog. The sacrifices described for Ezekiel's temple are symbolic, not literal.

The temple Christ comes to in His Second Coming doesn't offer sin offerings by sacrificing animals. The Jews have left this far behind during their diaspora into Christendom and other areas. This is part of their reconciliation with Christ and Christianity. The two sticks, Christians and Jews, must become one.

The coronal mass discharge is only one of the sources of the judgment of fire. There is also nuclear war, vast areas devastated by wildfires, oil fires, asteroid strikes, and conventional weapons. So much fire will burn that the supply of oxygen in the atmosphere will be reduced from about 21% to under 20%.

The Temple will be built before Jesus Returns. Proved by 2 Thess 2:4 and Revelation 11:1
Jesus will Return and reign from the Temple for the next 1000 years. As described in Zechariah 14:16-21
The sacrifices described for Ezekiel's temple are symbolic, not literal.
They are literal and will happen as described. Isaiah 56:1-8, Ezekiel 20:40-41 and Daniel 9:27 says the Anti-Christ will stop the sacrifices, so that proves they are operational then.

There won't ever be a nuke war. The Lord will not allow radiation pollution in or near the holy Land. He will destroy all weapons of war by the Electro Magnetic Pulse of a huge CME. Hosea 2:18, Psalms 76:3. Jeremiah 49:35...the main weapon of Elam [Iran] destroyed.

Another reason the Jews will not be legitimately sacrificing animals for sin offerings is that the covenant of salt instituted by the Lord for the sons of Aaron was terminated with the crucifixion of Christ. It was replaced by the new and more perfect covenant of Christianity. The Aaronic priesthood will never again perform successful animal sacrifices. The Mosaic covenant of blood is still in force, but many things have been eliminated by the religious authorities over the centuries.

The vision of Sarah Menet in 1979 shows a nuclear bomb hitting Israel from an Iranian missile fired from Libya. Vision 1979: Whats coming upon America- Sarah Menet - 444 Prophecy News Iran is Israel's primary enemy at present. Israel itself has nuclear weapons and could use them if attacked by its enemies.

The Jews will be gone. The new Temple will be God's Temple, 2 Thess 2:4 and offerings will be made in it. Zechariah 14:16-21

Who are you to say what God wants? It is His Will that is legitimate.
The vision of Sarah Menet in 1979 shows a nuclear bomb hitting Israel from an Iranian missile fired from Libya.
Right; Iran will attempt to fire nuke missile at Israel.
But their attempt will fail; Psalms 7:12-16, Joel 2:4, Jeremiah 49:35, +

If you believe charlatans like Sarah Menet, you are way out in the dark of confusion and error. 1 Thessalonians 5:5

Iran will attack the US on July 4, 2021
Well that came and went!
However, I do believe we are very close to the time Iran will attempt to do as they say; to wipe Israel off the map. That attack will trigger the Lord's terrible Day of fiery wrath. Revelation 6:12-17
