How to walk in THE Light.

I wanted to show you the perfect way to understand both "born again", and "walking in the Spirit".

Now, you are not going to find this being taught in your church, or by your Pope.
That will not happen.
Reader, we are in the END TIMES, just before the Grt Trib starts, and that is why the real teaching of the NT is now found diluted and obtuse and obscure and "fallen away" from Truth.
There is indeed a famine in the land. And its the Preaching of The Cross and the teaching of the Gospel Truth.

Christianity has not been centered around Christ's Blood and The Cross, for quite a while now.
Notice that you never hear about those as DOCTRINE in your "church"?

The Good News is, we are on a "christian" forum and we can lift up the Cross and give praise to the LIVING GOD who hung on the Cross for you and me so that we can become "blood bought" and "reconciled", a SON of GOD, eternally redeemed, forever.

See that?
That is the word of God being very specific, and as i told you in a previous Thread...when you see this word...."THE", beginning a verse, you are being shown a specific context as "ONLY" ONE.

THE Blood
THE reconciliation
THE Resurrction
THE preaching of the Cross
THE gift of Salvation
THE gift of Righteousness
THE Blood atonement
THE word of God
THE only way to the Father
THE life

Now notice.....

"THE" Spirit. "walking IN"...

So, what is that NOT?
What is this...........NOT < ?
Lets look at what that is NOT, so that you are able to recognize what IS THE Spirit and Walking IN...."THE" Spirit by understanding what its NOT.

That is not your body.
This is not keeping commandments or law.
That is not taking communion.
That is not water baptism.
That is not enduring to the end.
That is not presenting your body a living sacrifice.
That is not be holy as i am holy.
That is not anything you DO.
This is NOT your self effort.

And you ask....>"if I dont DO IT, then what are you talking about"..
Right......good question.....perfect.
Now let me show you.

1.) Colossians 2.....says.. you are "circumcised without hands".... And that is explaining..."the operation of God".
So, see that "operation" and "circumcision". "OF GOD"..>"without HANDs"? ?????

That means its SPIRITUAL Surgery, performed by GOD< inside you.

What is it? Its this...>"BORN AGAIN" as a "NEW CREATION"......'IN CHRIST".

And How does God do this?
He causes your dead spirit to be REborn again alive = into HIS HOLY SPIRIT, by THE HOLY Spirit.
Not by water. !!

See that?

That is "without hands".....=its a " NEW birth"......and its defined as a Spiritual "circumcision" inside you.

A circumcision, is a CUTTING from.....

And what this literally means, regarding being born again, is that your REBORN Spirit, is separated from your body and your mind.
It exists as BORN AGAIN , but spiritually born again as "circumcised" apart from your body and your mind.

What are your body and mind? This is , spiritually speaking...>"Your FLESH", which Paul defines as the OLD MAN. Old Nature, carnal nature, adamic nature, fallen nature.

Now see that?
See how your NEW CREATION, the born again SPIRIT< is in your body, but is separated from your "flesh", which is your old man, by the "operation of God"....the "circumcision made without hands".

The NT says that your old man, is now "crucified with Christ", and you are to "reckon it DEAD", which means you are to see this part of yourself, as no longer the real you.
And why?
Its because the REAL YOU< is now Born AGAIN, apart from the OLD MAN. or the "flesh", as a "New Creation" IN Christ..."ONE with GOD, In Christ".

Now RIGHT here is where the revelation is gained or stays veiled.
Listen..
The born again part of you, is no longer a part of this physical world., as this is the natural realm, where your body exists, and your mind perceives.
So that is the "flesh."
The REAL YOU, is the born again you....And this is""IN CHRIST.""
And where is Christ?
He is in you, which is why you are IN Him, and He is in Heaven, which is why the real you is "seated in Heavenly places" , and told to be in the world but not OF IT.
You are the new Creation, in your body, which is in the world, but you the NEW CREATION IN CHRIST, is """ ONE WITH GOD"......if you are born again, and not just water baptized.
Jesus said.."you MUST be born again".

Reader, the world is temporal, its physical, and the born again are SPIRITUALLY BIRTHED into GOD's Holy Spirit.....by God's Holy Spirit.
The born again EXIST THERE, while they live in a body in the Physical realm.

Where is God?
Where is God located?
The Born again are right there, 'In Christ"......'ONE with God"...= Spiritually.

So, you see your body, and you think with your mind, yet your Born again Spirit, is Spiritually "circumcised without hands" from both, and exists 'in Christ" and "One with God", for eternity.
That's the REAL YOU, that GOD sees always, when He looks at you IF you are born again.
God sees you as "ONE with God".
In eternal union with God's Holy Spirit = born again.

Now, im going to stop teaching right there, as this is a lot to SEE, when you have never been shown this before.

But here also is this... which is the main thing....as this is the Revelation.

= When you are walking IN THE Spirit, you have come to the place in your SPIRITUAL Growth, where you SEE what im showing you as who you are, vs, seeing yourself as your body and only regarding how your mind thinks.

See that?

Your mind is a part of the temporal, the physical realm, because God did not give your mind the new Birth.
So, your mind, has to be disciplined to THINK and SEE "spiritually" vs the Natural mind that only thinks and sees, naturally.

Saint, being born again, is APART from the natural, as this is a SPIRITUAL Birth.
You are become a NEW CREATION, SPIRITUALLY, and you exist in GOD who is "A" Spirit.

This is why PAUL tells you.......that you have been "Translated from darkness.....To/INTO> Light".

That is you. if you are born again, now eternally existing within the Kingdom OF God.
You are no longer separated from GOD, as are the spiritually dark, or not born again.....but you have become, as a new creation = a "child of THE LIGHT", and Jesus is the Light of the WORLD, and God exists AS Light and IN Light.

The Kingdom of Light, is GOD and CHRIST , and if you are born again.......then YOU as the New Creation, exits eternally IN GOD and CHRIST, as a "Child of THE LIGHT".

Now, do see where the REAL YOU exists?,..if you are born again as a NEW CREATION, as "ONE WITH GOD"? ????????

See where you are? ?????
Can you see it?
Can you see the real you? The new Creation?
That is how God sees you at all times, if you are born again.
When you see yourself the same, then this is REAL FAITH....and your mind is being renewed by this Revelation of who you are BECOME, as born again, "in Christ".
And when you see it, as TRUTH, and then you live there in this REAL FAITH , then you are """walking in the Spirit"" with a renewed mind.

And not until.

This is informative.

The real identity of a believer is being a Child of God by and through faith on the Lord Jesus Christ. People are born again when they are introduced to the persuasion of God's truth and they latch on to the truth of God by and through learning and growing and knowing who the Lord Jesus Christ is, and the Son of Gods Father, our Father in which which we are adopted by and through being brought into the Kingdom of Gods Son where their is forgiveness and redemption, and are pulled out of the dominion darkness. (Colossians 1:13-16)

The flesh is the flesh and it is part of our outer exterior but the new man, new creation in Christ inside is who we are by and through our renewed mind and heart by and through faith and reading and learning about God, willingly walking in the spirit of Christ with-in us. (Galatians 2:20).

While we all need to be born again spiritually by accepting Jesus as our Savior and repenting of our sins with a godly sorrw, actually to walk in the light is to love your brother and this cleanses us by the blood of Jesus Christ.

“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” (1 John 1:7).

So we have to walk in the light in order for the blood of Jesus to cleanse us from all sin.

What is the light?

The light is God.

“This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” (1 John 1:5).

But how do we walk in the light or walk in God?

“He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now. He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him. But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.” (1 John 2:9-11).

We learn from the above passage that the person who says they are in the light (God) and they hate their brother are in darkness and they walk in darkness. So the obvious opposite contrast of this would be that walking in the light is loving your brother.

This truth is confirmed in the next chapter.

“In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.” (1 John 3:10).

So doing righteousness and loving your brother shows that we are of God.

“Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.” (1 John 3:15).

Here again, we learn that hating one's brother makes a person to be like a murderer, and no murderer has eternal life abiding in them.

You say we don't have to keep God's commands. Yet, John says:

“And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” (1 John 2:3-4).

In other words, keeping God's commands shows that we are in God and abiding in Him. The person who says they do not keep His commandments is a liar and the truth is not in them.

So what you say is not true. Sure, we must believe in the blood of Jesus as a part of salvation (Romans 3:25), but salvation continues (the blood continues to cleanse us) by our walk in the light, too (1 John 1:7). This walking in the light is loving our brother (See again the indirect wording of this point in 1 John 2:9-11).

The whole Gospel is crucifixion, resurrection, ascension.
If you are walking in the Spirit, do you come before the cross or before the throne?
Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy
and find grace to help in time of need.
Any church that does not preach this full Gospel is suspect.
The Cross is for the evangelist.
If you are teaching to walk in the Spirit, you must know that
the Spirit comes down from the Throne.

No. The works of the flesh are sins and they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

It’s not about what we believe, or how we see ourselves, but about who we are, born out by what we do and how we live as a result of our union with God, realized by faith.

The born again part of you, is no longer a part of this physical world., as this is the natural realm, where your body exists, and your mind perceives.
So that is the "flesh."
The REAL YOU, is the born again you....And this is""IN CHRIST.""
And where is Christ?
He is in you, which is why you are IN Him, and He is in Heaven, which is why the real you is "seated in Heavenly places" , and told to be in the world but not OF IT.
You are the new Creation, in your body, which is in the world, but you the NEW CREATION IN CHRIST, is """ ONE WITH GOD"......if you are born again, and not just water baptized.
Jesus said.."you MUST be born again".

Reader, the world is temporal, its physical, and the born again are SPIRITUALLY BIRTHED into GOD's Holy Spirit.....by God's Holy Spirit.
The born again EXIST THERE, while they live in a body in the Physical realm.

Where is God?
Where is God located?
The Born again are right there, 'In Christ"......'ONE with God"...= Spiritually.

So, you see your body, and you think with your mind, yet your Born again Spirit, is Spiritually "circumcised without hands" from both, and exists 'in Christ" and "One with God", for eternity.
That's the REAL YOU, that GOD sees always, when He looks at you IF you are born again.
God sees you as "ONE with God".
In eternal union with God's Holy Spirit = born again.

Now, im going to stop teaching right there, as this is a lot to SEE, when you have never been shown this before.

But here also is this... which is the main thing....as this is the Revelation.

= When you are walking IN THE Spirit, you have come to the place in your SPIRITUAL Growth, where you SEE what im showing you as who you are, vs, seeing yourself as your body and only regarding how your mind thinks.

See that?

Your mind is a part of the temporal, the physical realm, because God did not give your mind the new Birth.
So, your mind, has to be disciplined to THINK and SEE "spiritually" vs the Natural mind that only thinks and sees, naturally.

Saint, being born again, is APART from the natural, as this is a SPIRITUAL Birth.
You are become a NEW CREATION, SPIRITUALLY, and you exist in GOD who is "A" Spirit.

This is why PAUL tells you.......that you have been "Translated from darkness.....To/INTO> Light".

That is you. if you are born again, now eternally existing within the Kingdom OF God.
You are no longer separated from GOD, as are the spiritually dark, or not born again.....but you have become, as a new creation = a "child of THE LIGHT", and Jesus is the Light of the WORLD, and God exists AS Light and IN Light.

The Kingdom of Light, is GOD and CHRIST , and if you are born again.......then YOU as the New Creation, exits eternally IN GOD and CHRIST, as a "Child of THE LIGHT".

Now, do see where the REAL YOU exists?,..if you are born again as a NEW CREATION, as "ONE WITH GOD"? ????????

See where you are? ?????
Can you see it?
Can you see the real you? The new Creation?
That is how God sees you at all times, if you are born again.
When you see yourself the same, then this is REAL FAITH....and your mind is being renewed by this Revelation of who you are BECOME, as born again, "in Christ".
And when you see it, as TRUTH, and then you live there in this REAL FAITH , then you are """walking in the Spirit"" with a renewed mind.

And not until.

God help you to see it.

You seem to set yourself up as a mouthpiece for the Holy Spirit Himself. Might I suggest reading some of the Early Church Fathers?

GAlatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

I am not sure how these verses help prove your case that a believer has a dual nature. Dual nature theology is unbiblical because it makes for an allowance to justify sin that God condemns. However, believers cannot commit grievous sin and still be saved. It does not work like that. We learn all the way back in the Garden of Eden about how the devil deceived Eve into thinking she could break God's command and not die. This same lie is being pushed today. For the New Testament clearly warns how sin can destroy our souls. Galatians 5:19-21 lists various sins and it says that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. Meaning, anyone (including a believer) does such sins, they will not be saved.

Of our spiritual body, and natural body. We have the outer part natural and an inward part spiritual to us, at least according to the Apostle Paul.

We have our natural body; where our natural carnal flesh, mind (heart) body can not understand the spiritual things.

The we have spirit in us our soul, in the natural body; that when the natural body dies the spirit goes back to God. As a believer we have God who lives in us, Christ who lives in us, the Holy Spirit as a born again believer and are new creation in Christ Jesus.

You can ask yourself this question which one do you mind the carnal mind that enemies towards God: or do you mind the spiritual things that are given by God in your heart?

I believe there is room to see how dual nature exist in man and hopefully this will help you. If not that is okay; figured would take a moment in time to explain my position and point you to where you can find out about it.

I was not born again yesterday.
I am very aware of these verses for a very long time.

What you fail to understand is what 2 Corinthians 7:1 says.

It says this:

“Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” (2 Corinthians 7:1).

Not sure if you caught what this verse said.

Paul says to the Corinthian believers, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh AND SPIRIT. Meaning Paul is telling us to cleanse ourselves from any filthiness or sin within our spirit. So the idea that you sin in the flesh but not in the spirit is false.

The position that people should realize whom are in Christianity is our new identity in Christ is who we are, that the outward will not go back to God but the inner spirit (new man/woman new creation, inner man or woman) of God in us, Christ in us is going back to God.

You can cause yourself spiritual death though by quenching the spirit.

It's not about one's identity while one ignores their actions, but it is about one's fruit determining their fate or position.

“Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.” (Matthew 7:17-20).

We can see here in this above passage that we can know false prophets (verse 15) by their fruit (deeds). It determines whether they are a good tree or a bad tree. Bad fruit shows that they are a bad tree and good fruits shows they are a good tree.

“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” (Luke 6:45).

All I know is faith in God, and the Lord Jesus Christ is our salvation. As believers who seek after God it is only right to worship God in spirit and in truth while living our lives here on this planet and that by growing in the knowledge of God and the Lord Jesus Christ being born again; there is this sense of willingly having love for and towards God, and that love walking by the spirit of Christ, spirit of God, Holy Spirit within it completely changes a person from who they once were. The old man dies with Christ and the new man is raised to newness of life with Christ in them becoming a new creation confirmed to the image of our Lord Yeshua. Having the ability to live by and through the new identity of being a child of God through faith, being born again from above.

Lets look at what that is NOT, so that you are able to recognize what IS THE Spirit and Walking IN...."THE" Spirit by understanding what its NOT.

That is not your body.
This is not keeping commandments or law.
That is not taking communion.
That is not water baptism.
That is not enduring to the end.
That is not presenting your body a living sacrifice.
That is not be holy as i am holy.
That is not anything you DO.

Notice the poster of the OP says that we are eternally redeemed forever. This does not mean salvation is conditional to him.

He also states walking in the Spirit does not involve keeping God's commands or in anything that you do.

Romans 8:13 says, “For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.”

This means if we live after the flesh (sin), we will die (die spiritually), but if we put the death (mortify) the deeds of the body (sin) by the power of the Spirit, we will live (live eternally). This is a part of our walking in the Spirit. Sin is transgression of the Law or commandment (See: 1 John 3:4). If we are putting to death sin by the Spirit, we are keeping God's commands. This is a part of walking by the Spirit. So believers cannot sin and still be saved on any level. We cannot justify even one sin that God condemns without it leading to our own spiritual death. For if we lie, we must confess and forsake such sins. For all liars will have their part in the Lake of Fire (Revelation 21:8). But he that confesses and forsakes sin shall have mercy (Proverbs 28:13). Most today teach that Jesus takes away your future sin, and so you don't need to really worry about sin all that much. But it only took one sin to condemn all of mankind so as to need a Savior by Adam. Ananias and Sapphira also just committed one sin and they were condemned. For a great fear came upon the church and all who heard about what happened to them. We are told to work out our salvation with fear and trembling (Philippians 2:12). But most today do not believe in working out their salvation with fear and trembling. They change the meaning of these plain words to mean something else.

Honestly, You should address your insult to your Pope, as he claims to be the literal mouthpiece of God.

As for me....Im just a faithful minister doing what im supposed to do on a christian forum for as long as im here.

You wont be taught "how to walk in the Light" by your denomination.
So, find that knowledge here, on my Threads.

You are misinforming yourself.
Your verse says to walk in the light with the effect of being purified from all Sin.
You try to do that by confessing your sin, because this verse is not understood by you.
Also....the verse does not tell you HOW to walk in the Light, and you not be taught how to do it, in your Church.
This is why i wrote the Thread.
For the sincere believers who want more of God.

A brand new Identification, that God has caused.

We become a "SON of God". a 'Heir of God". a "joint Heir with Christ".

This is us as a "new Creation" "in Christ"....born again = AS.

Its who we BECOME, and remain, in God's persective.
So, to walk in THAT Truth, as your renewed mind is to walk in the Spirit.
