Maricopa County officials on Friday directed the Arizona Senate and the auditors it hired to review the county’s 2020 election count to preserve documents for a possible lawsuit.
The investigators appear to be persevering in their claim that the county deleted certain files. The county denies it and may sue for defamation if the investigators persist.
Maybe that is why certain folks have been fighting so hard to prevent the audit. It might just be that certain irregularities will come to light and members of a certain political party will be really embarrassed if not something more serious.

It's an expensive boondoggle by incompetents to support a lie. There have already been audits which indicated that no significant fraud took place.

There were two audits done by professionals, what would a third audit by an inexperienced, incompetent company reveal?

If that is true why are some folks so adamant about this audit not being done? If the objectors are so convinced that another audit will not find anything why are they trying so hard to impede it?And who says they are "inexperienced," and "incompetent?"

That the first two were flawed because Trump wasn't the winner.

They are literally unqualified and uncertified to investigate elections.
Which makes them the best people to certify an election to support the narrative and agenda.

What the American people don't understand about the stakes in this recount is if Trump is declared the one and only rightful winner of Maricopa county, then that invalidates the entire election and Trump is leader for life with the My Trump Pillow guy as vice president.

I found this report both interesting and frightening.

Fact-checking allegations of irregularities in Arizona audit - CNNPolitics

It seems Cyber Ninjas are not doing anything even close to an audit. Instead they are looking for anything they can point to to keep the big lie alive. Sadly all they need is something they can point to that others who want to believe the big lie can point to and believe.

One such thing is their microscopic checking of the ballots to look for ones where there are not indentations from the pen when filling in the little circles. They are almost sure to find cases good enough to satisfy the true believers. Test it yourself. Get a sharpie of similar marker and barely touch the paper and let it spread. Of course their deception will be revealed as it is pretty easy for a real expert to tell the difference between a xerox copy and ink from a sharpie. But once the accusation is made teh true believers will keep on believing it no matter what.

They may smarten up and not make the claim. But if they do I predict the name Sarpiegate II.

It may be hard to serve papers on Cyber Ninjas, despite it being such a cromulent auditor of elections.

On recent calls to the company's automated answer line, pressing "3" for sales led to the answering message for Logan. So did pressing "4" for human resources. And pressing "5" for purchasing. And "6" for the general mailbox. Go to the address for Cyber Ninjas' Legal Department, listed on its audit contract with the Arizona Senate, and you'll wind up at a rented mailbox in a UPS Store in Sarasota, Florida. The company's business address registered with Florida's Secretary of State, also in Sarasota, was sold last December, and now sits empty.

The statutory agent should be on file at the Florida corporation commission. If that's not a legit address, the entity has a legal status problem.

Let's say you run a restaurant. You have an intense rivalry with another restaurant run by another businessman. He keeps spreading rumors that your kitchens are unsanitary and it's unhealthy to eat at your restaurant. To dispel these rumors, you have government health inspectors come in and check everything out. You pass with flying colors.

Your rival doesn't accept this. So you have another team of government health inspectors come in and do it all over again. Same results.

Your rival still won't accept this. He says that he'll only stop spreading these rumors if a team of private health inspectors, personally chosen by him, are allowed to come into your kitchens and render a verdict.

Does this sound like a good deal? Do you trust him and his team to be completely impartial, when he has a vested interest in driving you out of business?

The other auditors were not looking for bamboo fibers mixed in with the cyber. The Cyber Ninjas are and what they are finding is going to change how things are done in the future.
