No, the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6 wasn’t a ‘completely peaceful protest’

Two officers died after being "relationshiped" by the insurgents. Several others were injured and beaten by the MAGA mob. That doesn't seem like a good relationship to me.
False. According to the medical examiner, three deaths were by natural causes, one by drug overdose.
The other death was an unarmed female protester who was shot by capital police.

False. According to the medical examiner, three deaths were by natural causes, one by drug overdose.

The drug overdose was by an officer who had a brain injury from being attacked by the crowd.

Sicknick died from strokes, the chief medical examiner's office said in a report summary, citing "acute brainstem and cerebellar infarcts due to acute basilar artery thrombosis." In an interview with The Washington Post, chief medical examiner Francisco J. Diaz said Sicknick suffered two strokes at the base of his brainstem caused by a clot in an artery.

At approximately 2:20 p.m. on January 6, Sicknick was sprayed with a chemical substance outside the Capitol, the office said. He collapsed eight hours later and died the following evening.
...
Diaz said the autopsy found no evidence of internal or external injuries, or of an allergic reaction to the chemical substance — but did say "all that transpired played a role in his condition."

Violence that day left officers with head wounds, cracked ribs and smashed spinal disks, according to Capitol Police Labor Committee Chairman Gus Papathanasiou. Court documents in the federal criminal investigation describe a number of alleged assaults that sent officers to the hospital.

At least 17 police officers remain out of work with injuries from the Capitol attack

There's no point in trying to minimize the attack.

They are not " my" anything.
They are yours if you keep defending them with false claims.

The right has supported the police all through last year,
The left and middle also support the police.
up to and including pushing back against the refund crowd.
Refund? Do you mean defund? Much of the left was against defunding police but what has occurred is the defunding of inner city community projects to increase funding for police.

The left and middle also support the police.
Lol, you wouldn't know it from their representatives in government. What cemented it for me was watching part of the Senate hearing with Barr, who was simply condemning the violence at BLM riots. And every democrat ripping into him for pointing out the truth, while the republicans praised the police doing a fine job protecting people and the federal courthouse.

I would know because most Democratic representatives were against the defunding. Some far left progressives were but most claims were made by Republicans against Democrats who were against it.

If Barr had told the truth and admitted what the local police and FBI were telling him:

Police announced on Monday that they believe undercover white supremacists led a group of rioters that cut down police tape over the weekend and rushed a police station, eventually setting a dump truck on fire outside the station. Richmond Police Chief Gerald Smith said he thinks the instigators were linked to the Boogaloo boys, a right-wing anarchist group
...
Stoney thanked the Black Lives Matter protesters who remained peaceful and did not follow the lead of the instigators.

"As I began with, I want to send a thanks to the BLM protesters on the ground who decried the white supremacists once they were identified. I'm thankful to you for drawing the line and sticking up not just for the sanctity of your movement, but also the safety of your fellow Richmonders that you marched alongside as well," he said.

Far-Right Gang Killed Cop In Plot To Blame 2020 Protest Violence On 'Leftists'
Despite the widespread media narrative blaming Black Lives Matter and antifascist activists for last summer's protest violence, there were plenty of suspicions that far-right extremists seeking to intensify the public's fear of the "violent left" were in fact responsible for a significant amount of it. These suspicions were fed by such incidents as the assassination of a federal officer in Oakland by two far-right "Boogaloo Bois" and the arrest of another "Boogaloo" enthusiast from Texas for attacking a police station in Minneapolis.

Now we know, thanks to federal prosecutors investigating the Oakland incident, that in fact it was not the act of a single "lone wolf" and his accomplice, but rather part of a larger plot by group of far-right extremists who called themselves the "Grizzly Scouts" and planned a series of deadly attacks on law-enforcement officers with the intent of making it appear to be the work of the "violent left."

Barr knew all this. He just chose to lie about it, in his efforts to push the narrative of the white supremacists who were actually doing the killing and rioting.

Following Donald Trump's lead, republican politicians realized that most of his followers would be easy to fool, so they just lied about Biden's position on defunding police. Biden has repeatedly and publicly rejected that idea, which hardly matters, since the federal government does not determine local police funding. The lie seems to have worked to fool the declining numbers of Trump supporters, but not many others.

Barr never credited it all to one group, so you have bad information.

It'd be interesting to see how many times your false claims have to be comprehensively refuted before you stop coming back with unevidenced one-sentence replies.

Since no one has refuted them, I'll be waiting.
You've still failed to respond to the comprehensive timeline. You've still failed to provide evidence that Kamla Harris said what you said she did, rather than media reporting. I could go on, but - let's be clear - you have been demonstrated to be wrong on almost every single point you have made. It's not even clear if you're trolling.

No one said it was one group. Several white supremacist groups were involved, and there were some loosely-organized far-left groups. Barr did, however falsely attribute it to BLM, which opposed violence and often cooperated with the police in countering violence and vandalism.

AG BARR COMPARES BLM AND ANTIFA TO THE RUSSIAN BOLSHEVIKS
“They are a revolutionary group that is interested in some form of socialism, communism. They’re essentially Bolsheviks. Their tactics are fascistic,” Barr added.

At the same time, Barr pretended that his allies on the far right don't exist. However, people in the Justice Department knew that they do, and told him so. Testifying to Congress FBI director Wray bluntly contradicted Barr:

Moving away from Russia, Wray told lawmakers that “racially-motivated violent extremism” remains the top domestic threat in the U.S.

“Within that racially-motivated violent extremism bucket, people ascribing to some kind of white supremacist-type ideology is certainly the biggest chunk of that,” Wray said.

Sounds unlikely, but if you have "plenty" of actual BLM members who did so, now would be a good time to get real. What do you have?

Undercover white supremacists are to blame for the riots that took place during the Black Lives Matter protests in Richmond, Virginia, according to Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney.
...
Richmond Police Chief Gerald Smith said he thinks the instigators were linked to the Boogaloo boys, a right-wing anarchist group
...
Stoney thanked the Black Lives Matter protesters who remained peaceful and did not follow the lead of the instigators.

It is true that Black Lives Matter protesters in Louisville protected a police officer who was alone, according to the Louisville Courier Journal, part of the USA TODAY Network.

The officer, Galen Hinshaw, was responding to another officer’s call for help over the radio, when he found himself alone in a crowd of protesters. He backed up against a wall and stopped to reassess the situation, when some protesters moved closer and started to shout at him.

As Hinshaw was scanning the crowd for weapons and waiting for help, a protester in a red University of Louisville mask stepped in front of him and the closest protester. Another protester, local entrepreneur Darrin Lee Jr., linked arms with the man in the red mask.

“Once I saw the guy with the red mask step up, I said, 'I gotta step up,'” Lee told the Courier Journal. “It was reactive. I just went.”

More protesters joined to form a barricade around Hinshaw until other officers arrived.

“Those guys, they saved me,” Hinshaw told the Courier Journal. “There’s no doubt about it.”

Fact check: Louisville BLM protesters 'saved' a lone police officer

There's a lot more of that. Would you like to see more? Seeing as even Barr couldn't find evidence for your assumption, I'm thinking you're not going find much.

By way of contrast, here's how Trump supporters "protected" police officers during the Insurrection:

I admire your tenacity. The truth is there for eyes willing to see, and ears willing to hear. Sadly, for some, ideology or dogma trumps truth.

They eventually catch on; new denial is just an opportunity for others to pull up the data again. But for now, they haven't figured that out, yet.
