The bible describe humiliation from god beyond limits. When he says "you will be prey of panic" is the same to a severe panic attack
I'm sorry but I don't see the word "panic" in the Bible. Can you please share the verse with us? Perhaps it is a different translation?

2 Samuel 17:2-4
English Standard Version

I will come upon him while he is weary and discouraged and throw him into a panic, and all the people who are with him will flee. I will strike down only the king, and I will bring all the people back to you as a bride comes home to her husband. You seek the life of only one man, and all the people will be at peace.” And the advice seemed right in the eyes of Absalom and all the elders of Israel.

Thank you for the reference.

I really don't believe this has reference to a "panic attack". When people have a panic attack, isn't that something that happens "out of the blue" for no real reason? David would have had good reason to go into panic mode if the advice above would have been enacted upon.

God would aid the armies of Israel sometimes by causing their enemies to panic or some times even kill each other.

For us as individuals, we may be more or less vulnerable to panic attacks based on our own neurology and experiences. For example a person who was abused by baby sitters who all wore red dresses, might find themselves panicking years later when they see someone wearing a red dress.

For the Christian today, we can bring our fears and anxieties to the Lord and find comfort in his care for us.

Can sound repetitive but it's true.

Nonetheless the topic of the thread is not panic attacks but remark the characteristics of god that when he strikes he means it.

2 Chronicles 32

16 Sennacherib’s officers spoke further against the Lord God and against his servant Hezekiah. 17 The king also wrote letters ridiculing the Lord, the God of Israel, and saying this against him: “Just as the gods of the peoples of the other lands did not rescue their people from my hand, so the god of Hezekiah will not rescue his people from my hand.” 18 Then they called out in Hebrew to the people of Jerusalem who were on the wall, to terrify them and make them afraid in order to capture the city. 19 They spoke about the God of Jerusalem as they did about the gods of the other peoples of the world—the work of human hands.

20 King Hezekiah and the prophet Isaiah son of Amoz cried out in prayer to heaven about this. 21 And the Lord sent an angel, who annihilated all the fighting men and the commanders and officers in the camp of the Assyrian king. So he withdrew to his own land in disgrace. And when he went into the temple of his god, some of his sons, his own flesh and blood, cut him down with the sword.
