Where Did Millions of Dollars in Donations to Black Lives Matter Go?
according to a new report from the Associated Press, the $90 million donated to the political group in 2020 isn't reaching local activists. In a letter released Nov. 30, the #BLM10 claimed most chapters have received little to no financial resources from the BLM movement since its launch in 2013.

The embattled co-founder of Black Lives Matter announced on Thursday [May 27] that she’s resigning as executive director amid criticism over her lavish lifestyle.

Patrisse Cullors, 37 — who has been at the helm of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation for nearly six years — said she is leaving to focus on a book and TV deal.

Her last day with the foundation was Friday.

“I’ve created the infrastructure and the support, and the necessary bones and foundation, so that I can leave,” Cullors said. “It feels like the time is right.”

But her resignation comes amid controversy over the group's finances and Cullors’ personal wealth — including an alleged real estate buying spree in which she snagged four high-end homes for $3.2 million in the US, according to property records reported last month.

a) What is it about "Patrisse Cullors, 37 — who has been at the helm of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation for nearly six years — said she is leaving to focus on a book and TV deal" that you don't understand.
b) Why do you get your news from the NY Post? Oh I know... You want slander and gossip instead of the true news.

I think it is hilarious when people try to claim that a 3.2 million will buy a "high end" home in Los Angeles much less four.

"Ms Cullors told the AP news agency her resignation had been planned for more than a year and was not related to claims that she had misused donations to acquire her property portfolio. There is no evidence to suggest that she had done so."

The OP reads: "Where Did Millions of Dollars in Donations to Black Lives Matter Go?"

And the linked article reads: "The embattled co-founder of Black Lives Matter announced on Thursday [May 27] that she’s resigning as executive director amid criticism over her lavish lifestyle."

The quoted "millions of dollars" is connected to the quoted "lavish lifestyle".

Why do you get your news from the NY Post? Oh I know... You want slander and gossip instead of the true news.

Ms. Cullors is surely the best person to clear up any mistakes or libel or slander against her personal character. Yet all she is talking about to the media are her future plans and only in the vaguest of terms is she addressing the continuing controversy by referring to it as a "smear campaign ... to discredit her character"

BLM’s Patrisse Cullors steps down from exec role and blames 'far-right smear' after her pricey properties revealed (the-sun.com)

So where are the facts -- what is the true story -- how are various media sources getting it wrong if in fact they are? Where's Oprah -- she would be the best natural media giant to help Ms. Cullors unveil the truth that Black Lives Matter and Patrisse Cullors' supporters and all of us deserve to know:

“That is the most tragic aspect,” said the Rev. T. Sheri Dickerson, president of an Oklahoma City BLM chapter and a representative of the #BLM10, a national group of organizers that has publicly criticized the foundation over funding and transparency.

“I know some of (the families) are feeling exploited, their pain exploited, and that's not something that I ever want to be affiliated with," Dickerson said.

Was that $3,200,000.00 in cash? Who has that kind of cash to buy a house? And with enough money leftover to furnish and maintain one house -- much less four houses: 3 in the L.A. area and one in Atlanta, GA?

And forget Ms. Cullors for a moment. Who in their right mind wants to donate big money to an organization that lacks transparency. As the OP states: "Where Did Millions of Dollars in Donations to Black Lives Matter Go?"

Breonna Taylor's Mother Rips 'Fraud' of BLM, Kentucky Dem

Tamika Palmer, the mother of the late Breonna Taylor accidentally slain in a shooting by police, is calling out the "fraud" Black Lives Matter Louisville and Kentucky Democrat state Rep. Attica Scott.

"I have never personally dealt with BLM Louisville and personally have found them to be fraud, Attica Scott another fraud," Palmer wrote in a Facebook post Wednesday.

"I've watched y'all raise money on behalf of Breonna's family who has never done a damn thing for us, nor have we needed it, or asked, so Talk about fraud," she added. More

Some who get their news from the Cretin News Network may not like knowing this.

The truth is to simple for us, we do not like those who unmask our illusions.

It was revealed that Cullors had funneled money to the father of her only child for his art company.

BLM can't show where the $90 million they raised last year went. They claim it went to black civil rights organizations, but critics say it was suppose to go to the families of those killed.

Who knows but Cullors is a self-confessed Marxist according to some reports I saw.

Samaria Rice, the mother of Tamir Rice (killed in 2014) and Lisa Simpson, the mother of Richard Risher (killed in 2017) have released an official joint statement as reported by Yahoo News:

“Tamika D. Mallory, Shaun King, Benjamin Crump, Lee Merritt, Patrisse Cullors, Melina Abdullah and the Black Lives Matter Global Network need to step down, stand back, and stop monopolizing and capitalizing our fight for justice and human rights,” the statement read. “We never hired them to be the representatives in the fight for justice for our dead loved ones murdered by the police ... The ‘activists’ have events in our cities and have not given us anything substantial for using our loved ones’ images and names on their flyers ... “We don’t want or need ya’ll parading in the streets accumulating donations, platforms, movie deals, etc. off the death of our loved ones, while the families and communities are left clueless and broken. Don’t say our loved ones’ names period! That’s our truth!”

Here's something I didn't know.

Although many groups use “Black Lives Matter” or “BLM” in their names, less than a dozen are considered affiliates of the chapter network.

They claim it went to black civil rights organizations,
i thought they couldn't show where it went?

but critics say it was suppose to go to the families of those killed.
who exactly is saying this?

Who knows but Cullors is a self-confessed Marxist according to some reports I saw.
Racists said the same thing about Martin Luther King Jr.

i thought they couldn't show where it went?

And you're correct.
Did you notice that the statement you replied to was, "They claim it went to black civil rights organizations"

A "claim" doesn't show anything.

just like the claim that BLM can't show where the $90 million they raised last year went doesn't show anything about BLM

The foundation widely seen as a steward of the Black Lives Matter movement says it took in just over $90 million last year, according to a financial snapshot shared exclusively with The Associated Press.
...
This marks the first time in the movement’s nearly eight-year history that BLM leaders have revealed a detailed look at their finances. The foundation’s coffers and influence grew immensely following the May 2020 death of George Floyd,
...
According to foundation records shared with the AP, several chapters, including in the cities of Washington, Philadelphia and Chicago, were notified last year of their eligibility to receive $500,000 each in funding under a multiyear agreement. Only one BLM group in Denver has signed the agreement and received its funds in September.
