Joh 5:1 After this there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
Joh 5:2 Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.
Joh 5:3 In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.
Joh 5:4 For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.
Joh 5:5 And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.
Joh 5:6 When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?
Joh 5:7 The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.
Joh 5:8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
Joh 5:9 And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.
Joh 5:10 The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed.
Joh 5:11 He answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto me, Take up thy bed, and walk.
Joh 5:12 Then asked they him, What man is that which said unto thee, Take up thy bed, and walk?
Joh 5:13 And he that was healed wist not who it was: for Jesus had conveyed himself away, a multitude being in that place.
Joh 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.
Joh 5:15 The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Jesus, which had made him whole.
Joh 5:16 And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day.
Joh 5:17 But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.

.

Doing God's work is not the same as doing our own work. Please read Gods' 4th commandment from the 10 commandments in Exodus 20:8-11. Doing God's work is doing good on the Sabbath where Jesus says it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath day in Matthew 12:1-12. If Jesus did his own secular work on the Sabbath then he would have broken Gods' law making Him a sinner. Your claims here that Jesus is a sinner therefore is not biblical as the scriptures teach that Jesus was without sin and sinless (Hebrews 4:15; 2 Corinthians 5:21). Doing God's work therefore is doing good on the Sabbath which shows your interpretation of the scriptures you provide above is not biblical.

Hope this is helpful

I never claimed any such thing.

I never said Christ was a sinner.

Christ was a high priest. The priests were able to work on the Sabbath day.

If you claim I have said things I have clearly not said, are you guilty of breaking one of the ten commandments?

Deu 5:20 Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Joh 5:17 But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.

True before the cross - true after the cross - no change.

And still - the 10 Commandments - ALL Ten - exist as binding on all mankind including "the Sabbath made for mankind" Mark 2:27 where for all eternity after the cross in the New Earth "from Sabbath to Sabbath shall ALL mankind come before Me to worship" Is 66:23

The point remains.

Would that be seven days a week?

.
The Sabbath is the seventh day according to God. Genesis 2:3, Exodus 20:8-11 so that would mean in Isaiah 66:23 from one Sabbath to another Sabbath is from one Saturday to another Saturday or every week on Sabbath. Hope this helps.

If somebody said... "I will hire you to mow yards for me from Saturday to Saturday.", that would mean for seven days.

WOW, I'm having trouble finding your bible truths. God does not say anything in Gen 2:3. So your facts are questionable at best.
In Gen 1 Moses writes every act of God by saying "And God.......
Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

I find that the 7day of creation narrative is given to identify God the Creator from all the other called Gods. Please look again at each day of creation. You should then understand why the Seventh day (of creation) is only about God ending His work of creation and nothing about being given the seventh day of creation to rest. Your commentary seems designed to undermined the scriptures.
Ex 20:8-11 reiterate Genesis account that God rested on the seventh day, and it commands the Children of Israel that they must keep the seventh day as a Sabbath day.
About Isa 66.... the word Sabbath also means weekly or weeks as a division of time, and not always Sabbath-keeping.
Hope this helps.

Are you saying we should just ignore the 170+ scriptures on God's Sabbath? In doing so does not make the only day God deemed holy and commanded us to Remember go away.

You are redefining God's Sabbath that He literally spelled out for us, so I will continue to believe God's Word over man. I noticed you did not quote any scripture to back up any of your claims.

Jesus said the Sabbath is made for man Mark 2:27

God worked six days and created man on the sixth day. The very next day was Sabbath and Sabbath was made for man from the beginning. Genesis 2:2-3 And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. 3 Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.

Exodus 8:20 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. 11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

Which why in Heaven we will be worshiping our Savior on His chosen holy day every Sabbath Isaiah 66:23

Hope this help.

God bless

It doesn't say that in the scripture, it says from one Sabbath to another- not every day.

Isaiah 66:23
And it shall come to pass
That from one New Moon to another,
And from one Sabbath to another,
All flesh shall come to worship before Me,” says the Lord.

119 Ministries dives deep into the scripture to define the Law of Elohim and the Law of Moshe. They cover the tablets, and the scripture that was placed outside of the Ark. They cover the written law, and the law on our hearts. They cover the two foremost precepts, and more.

The law of Moses was abolished in Hs flesh, having been nailed to the cross and taken out of the way.

The law of Christ is eternal.

Please read Gods' 4th commandment from the 10 commandments in Exodus 20:8-11.

Make sure you read this Sabbath Commandments as well if you plan on keeping the Sabbath according to the law of Moses.

Then he said to them, “This is what the Lord has said: ‘Tomorrow is a Sabbath rest, a holy Sabbath to the Lord. Bake what you will bake today, and boil what you will boil; and lay up for yourselves all that remains, to be kept until morning.’ ” So they laid it up till morning, as Moses commanded; and it did not stink, nor were there any worms in it. Then Moses said, “Eat that today, for today is a Sabbath to the Lord; today you will not find it in the field. Six days you shall gather it, but on the seventh day, the Sabbath, there will be none.”
Now it happened that some of the people went out on the seventh day to gather, but they found none. And the Lord said to Moses, “How long do you refuse to keep My commandments and My laws? See! For the Lord has given you the Sabbath; therefore He gives you on the sixth day bread for two days. Let every man remain in his place; let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.” So the people rested on the seventh day. Exodus 16:23-30

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you. You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people. Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
Exodus 31:12-15

Then Moses gathered all the congregation of the children of Israel together, and said to them, “These are the words which the Lord has commanded you to do: Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh day shall be a holy day for you, a Sabbath of rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on it shall be put to death. You shall kindle no fire throughout your dwellings on the Sabbath day.”Exodus 35:1-3

Now while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day. And those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation. They put him under guard, because it had not been explained what should be done to him.
Then the Lord said to Moses, “The man must surely be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him with stones outside the camp.” So, as the Lord commanded Moses, all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died. Numbers 15:32-36

And on the Sabbath day two lambs in their first year, without blemish, and two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, with its drink offering— this is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering. Numbers 28:9-10

These all pertain to the 4th Commandment.

God is the center of my life everyday, but God told us to do all our work in six days and stop working on His holy Sabbath day. Exodus 20:8-11. On Sabbath I dedicate 24 hours to have communion with my Savior on His holy day and put aside my own weekly pleasures.

I don’t think heaven is going to be that much different except our Savior will be with us! We are told we will be working in Heaven, building things but on Sabbath God has our full attention the whole day.
I hope this helps.

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
Rev 21:2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Rev 21:3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Rev 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
Rev 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
Rev 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Rev 21:9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
Rev 21:10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
Rev 21:11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
Rev 21:12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
Rev 21:13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
Rev 21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
Rev 21:15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
Rev 21:16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
Rev 21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
Rev 21:18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
Rev 21:19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
Rev 21:20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
Rev 21:21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
Rev 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
Rev 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
Rev 21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
Rev 21:25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
Rev 21:26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
Rev 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Worship does not stop in the New Heavens and the New Earth.

Read your Bible.

.
I think you like to argue just to argue. When have I ever said that and I do read my Bible, which is why I know what day is God's holy day. Exodus 20:8-11
