Please pray for me as I'm renting at the moment and the owner informed me today that he is selling the place so I will have to look for another place to live. At the moment my city (Perth - Australia) is experiencing a rental crisis as there is a severe shortage of rentals. Please pray I find a new home, please pray things work out for me and I find a good home to live in.

Yours truly,

Victor.

Be not afraid, my friend. You will survive and get through this... :prayer:

Hopefully the owner will be a good reference. When my family moved back to Sydney from abroad, we had no local rental history so we were a complete unknown to anyone seeking tenants. With 20 or so people applying for every property we looked at, we would have been near the bottom of the list each time.
Despite that, not only did God provide us with a place to live, but they were also willing to reduce the rent! God is awesome.
Don't forget to ask at your Church. Someone there may know of someone with a property becoming vacant, or at the very least may be able to provide temporary accommodation until you are successful finding a home.

So true, I do have very good references from landlords and Hope some investor will buy this property and let me stay. Thank you so much for your encouragement and prayers.

If there's a shortage of rentals and your current place is a rental, there's a chance the new owner would be someone who's buying it to rent out, and maybe you could work it out with that new owner to stay there.

Yes, that's what I'm hoping will happen in my case and the seller has told the real estate agent that I would be interesting in staying on.........May God's will be done!
