...Christian school faces six-figure fines if it violates Biden administration’s order

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that students of the opposite biological sex must be allowed to share shower spaces and dorms at a Christian college in Missouri.

Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the District Court of Western Missouri ruled against the College of the Ozarks, a Christian college which had sued President Joe Biden’s administration over its transgender discrimination policies, lawyers representing the school said Wednesday evening. The college had challenged Biden over his Jan. 20 executive order, which prevented schools from denying childrenaccess to bathrooms of their choosing.

“Women shouldn’t be forced to share private spaces, including showers and dorm rooms with males, and religious schools shouldn’t be punished simply because of their beliefs about biological sex,” Julie Marie Blake, senior counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), told reporters following the ruling Wednesday evening.

“The Biden administration’s overreach continues to victimize women, girls and people of faith by gutting their legal protections, and it must be stopped,” she continued.

The College of the Ozarks filed the lawsuit against Biden and the Department of Housing and Urban Development in April, two months after Biden signed the order. The school had argued that the government cannot force a private religious school to place biological males into female dormitories.

These people are freaks of nature perverts. If they want mixed showers then they should fund a shower separate from the boys and girls (calling it "mixed") just to see how many children opt to use them (which would be none) they are just forcing their perversions on children.

I don't think so. The rest I agree with.
What irks me is people who reflexively voted for such a bad candidate just because he wasn’t Trump. They had their eyes wired shut concerning the flaws of the guy they voted for. Are they true believers now? Probably on their way. Hopefully they can repent of their vote.

I’m also irked that one of the best crops of Republican candidates in 2016 ended up with Trump as the nominee. What a joke. But the media favored Trump over all the better candidates until he actually got the nomination. I was a Republican Party insider and he had very little insider support.

This is where you and I differ. Trump certainly had no inside support; that is a fact. And that was a large part of his appeal to the masses - he was beholden to no one, and his policies threatened the corrupt powers that be. He played the media like a fiddle, which became a delightful thing to watch. But most importantly, his vision for America, and even to a large extent his blunt leadership style, appealed to the masses.

There was no one else in that fine field of 2016 candidates who could have done what Trump did as president. They all would have been sucked into the system. Rubio had quickly betrayed his TEA roots. Cruz, who is always great until he isn't, was duplicitous about the border. Jeb was nauseating. Fiorina was a phony.

As for Biden, there's no way one of the worst candidates in American history, with the worst proposed policies in American history, running the worst campaign in American history, garnered the number of votes we are told he garnered. Even with media and big tech's thumb on the scales.

What is the worst is that so many Christians fell for it, and still are falling for it.
