It’s a terrible situation over there Clint, with both sides lobbing missiles into civilian areas, I’m not optimistic that it won’t escalate.

It’s terrible what is happening over there right now. Some of the footage shows Israel’s military attacking medics and ambulances and attacking Al Aqsa Mosque. These are war crimes. I am not anti Israeli. I am not anti Jewish. But I can be critical of these things. They are beginning to suppress Christians in the area as well, though this may not be a new thing.

The Israelis are using much better hardware supplied by US.

is that why the Orthodox Church of Jerusalem which is located IN Jerusalem is calling for peace on both sides, not just standing up for Israel just because they’re Israel? Is that why both Israeli and Palestinian orthodox Christians want peace for both sides yet understand the human rights violations that are happening right now caused by the Israeli military? Riots are going to riot. That’s to be expected when tensions are so high especially when nothing is being done to deescalate the situation. But that still doesn’t justify destruction of houses of worship (Al Aqsa) and firing upon ambulances by trained military personnel.

It is one thing to say that the rockets are Iranian but another thing to provide concrete proof. Israel has a land and naval blockade of Gaza and has had it for quite some time. Just imagine how big of a news story it would be if the IDF provided actual evidence of Iranian rockets being smuggled into Gaza. Why it would have the possibility of changing the world view of the conflict. It would be a great political coup for Netanyahu and cement his hold on the government. I wonder why it hasn't happened yet.
