Okay, but even the smaller Lubbock warrants at least a couple no? Not to mention.... Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin?

Did you read any of the article past where you quoted?
“This is where the fraud is occurring,”
Regardless of the NYT reporter's personal opinions.

Ah, Harris County election offices are lying?

The Harris County Election Security Task Force was made up of the Harris County Precinct 1 constable’s office, the district attorney’s office, the county attorney’s office and the county clerk’s office. In a report published Friday, the task force said it "received approximately 20 allegations of wrongdoing that needed to be elevated to the level of a formal investigation.”

"Despite claims, our thorough investigations found no proof of any election tampering, ballot harvesting, voter suppression, intimidation or any other type of foul play that might have impacted the legitimate cast or count of a ballot,” the report says.

"Found no proof" is often a statement we hear when allegations are dismissed as "conspiracy theory".

Usually because "found no proof" is supposed to end the allegations, not be used as "evidence" that the allegation's greater than previously imagined.

The red dot of a laser pointer circled downtown Houston on a map during a virtual training of poll watchers by the Harris County Republican Party.
I think it is a good idea to have training sessions for your poll watchers.

Many of the Republican poll watchers were grossly underprepared and highly confused.
They submitted many testimonies of fraud which turned out to just show how poorly they understood the election and ballot process. It wasted a lot of time, got the president into a frenzy and he wasted alot of his supporters money on "fraud" cases which were duly tossed out of court.

I can think of no better way to empower people than to educate them -- I can't see how poll watchers would fare any differently.
