That is an interesting video. But do we have evidence that Jesus was in that pit? Especially for 3 days and 3 nights?
He was there for one night, and maybe a part of one day.

If you don't believe the Scriptures as they are written, then you don't believe them:I see many that claim that Jesus was raised on the 3rd day (1st day of the week) As if to suggest the action of raising was done on the 3rd day. The scriptures don't bare that out, yet they seem to be worded as if they could convey that idea. But a careful analysis of the scriptures will show that not to be the case.
Jesus was RISEN on the 3rd Day - meaning that He started the 3rd Day ALREADY RISEN. This means that he actually ROSE (present tense) on the 2nd day. The action of RISING from the Dead didn't take place on the 1st day of the week but rather on the very end of the 2nd Day (7th day of the week) period.
You will not find any evidence of Christ being NOT RISEN at any point on the 1st day and then suddenly raised on the 1st day.
I believe the reference to the heart of the earth is a reference to the fact that Jesus would be carrying the sins of the world upon Him.

If you don't believe the Scriptures as they are written, then you don't believe them:
" For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
4 and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" ( 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 ).
" For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth." ( Matthew 12:40 ).
" From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day." ( Matthew 16:21 ).
Looks plain to me.
He spent 3 days and three nights in the belly of the earth, just as Jonah spent that amount of time in the belly of the fish.
He rose again on the 3rd day, just as the Bible says.
Jonah was in the great fish for three days and three nights, before he came out of the fish.
Christ's body was in the earth for three days and three nights, before He was resurrected and came out.
Mat 12:38 Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, "Teacher, we want to see a sign from You."
Mat 12:39 But He answered and said to them, "An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.
Mat 12:40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

First, a "day" in biblical times did not begin at midnight. It began at sunrise. Yes, He was risen on the third day. On the first day, Friday, He was crucified. On the second day, Saturday, He was dead in the tomb, and His followers were there, mourning His death. On the third day, Sunday, He first appeared to them, having just risen from the dead.
Not sure what the point is, the important thing is He rose, not worrying which day it was, however Jesus said this:
Mat 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS in the heart of the earth.
It was three days AND NIGHTS Jesus spent in the tomb before rising from the dead, which precludes being raised on the second day.
I don't see anywhere that it says His body was In the earth for 3 days and 3 nights. I only see where it says He would be in the heart of the earth.
Saying the same thing over and over doesn't make it true (though politicians and media certainly try)He was raised the 3rd day, not raised ON the third day. I believe the scriptures but not bad translations and interpretations of the scriptures.
OK.
Where was Jonah's body for three days and three nights, after the fish swallowed him?
Where was Christ's body the day after He was crucified?
Where was Christ's soul on that same day?
Luk_23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Technically you are correct there is no Friday or Saturday in the scriptures. In Judaism the Sabbath began and begins at sundown on "Parasceue" which means "preparation" and corresponds to the day we call Friday. "Parasceue" is still the Greek name of the day we call Friday.A few things wrong with this. There is no Friday or Saturday mentioned in the scriptures.
It says He was RISEN on the third day and not raised ON the third day.
The day didn't start until it ACTUALLY started. The morning is NOT the start of the day.
The 3 day and 3 nights are referring to the 11, 12 and 13th of the month.
Can you provide us any scripture to prove what you have said above?

Please support each point with scripture. I believe one of the point is not related correctly. You have to follow the timeline.
Here are the events:
Triumphal Entry
Cleansing of the Temple
Olivet Prophecy/Last Supper
Before Pilate
Heart of Earth Day 1
Heart of Earth Day 2
Heart of Earth Day 3
Crucifixion
Feast of Unleavened Bread
Feast of Firstfruits/Resurrection
I don't understand the disagreement. He was raised the 3rd day, not raised ON the third day. I believe the scriptures but not bad translations and interpretations of the scriptures.
I don't understand the disagreement.
He was raised the third day, not the second day.
I'm asking you to believe the word of God...
No more and no less.
