Same here, and I love smooth jazz now.

I eat and really enjoy collard greens now, and for many years couldn't stand them.

Getting my caffeine from tea instead of soda.

To mark where i buried all my marrow bones!

My younger self would not imagine I'm a follower of Jesus.

Applying voltarol to my painful joints!

Peace and quietness, my younger self would never have understood that.

I was pretty shy and quiet when I was young. So being able now to talk to about anyone is something I'd not have expected.

My younger self would never believe that I like some of the foods I like now; wouldn't believe the music I listen to.

Most importantly, that younger self didn't know Jesus and never imagined he ever would. That would be the thing most difficult for him to accept about his more mature self.

My 20+ year old self could never imagine that I would enjoy being alone the way that I do. People are exhausting for me and I guess to some degree they always were but it took me some time to figure it all out...

My younger self hated being single. Nowadays I love it.

My younger self did not enjoy reading the Bible, did not want to read the Bible for quite a long time. Now I love reading my Bible, I love doing my own personal Bible study and I just published a book about Bible study topics. All of that comes from a lovely relationship with my Heavenly Father. I thank God for His mercies over my life. God is good

Younger men. I dated men my age. But that changed a few years ago. A chance meeting altered my perspective on the subject. I would have never imagined it.

My younger self wouldn't imagine i can still wear the same clothes i used a decade ago

Like HisGraceAbounds my young atheist self refused to acknowledge the power or mercy of God and could not have imagined both working in his later life.

Doing what I do for a living and liking it.

My younger self couldn't imagine that I would one day enjoy naps... and cheese! Cheese, can you believe it?!?

well I'm currently 21 years old, my 16 year old self would not think that it's better to not rush things, she is so excited to enter to adulting season. but I figured it out lol.
we should enjoy every season of our lives

Well you can't be 21! All the people I know (including myself) where in their 40s before they learned what you know.
