Does this include unjust laws (referencing laws that were put in place for slave-owners and the Nazi laws not to harbor or hide fleeing, hunted down Jews during Hitler's regime, for instance ).

When those laws infringe on the basic right to assembly, then yeah. And not just Christians, NYC Jews too: Opinion | Ultra-Orthodox Jews are flouting Covid-19 rules. It's not anti-Semitic to call them out.

I see no reason to bend the knee to Authoritarian Tyrants, no matter the fear mongering tactics they peddle. We have not been led by a Spirit of fear.

That fella was quite dramatic. Why didn't he just continue the service, instead of making a spectacle of himself, which I noticed he recorded for posterity? Just looking at his channel, this guy likes the attention. I give it two thumbs down.

MLK claimed to be not only a Christian but a Reverend and he consistently disobeyed laws that he he believed those laws were unjust. So have many other Christians over the years. The early Christians would not say "Caesar is Lord." thereby disobeying the law. There were Christians in Nazi Germany that disobeyed the law against sheltering Jews and in the USSR that did not obey laws that made it a crime to not inform on one's neighbors if the neighbor was speaking "disinformation".

He's a rabid anti-Catholic to boot. Charming.

Romans 3:1 All of you must obey the government rulers. Everyone who rules was given the power to rule by God. And all those who rule now were given that power by God. 2 So anyone who is against the government is really against something God has commanded. Those who are against the government bring punishment on themselves.
