All lot of figures out there in right wing media land have figured out what pushes the buttons of people in certain socio-economic situations. They are telling people what to accept too. And they know the emotions to trigger. Indignation. Fear. Self aggrandizement.

You think that doesn't also describe the left-wing media in spades? Oh please, they are the masters of manipulation.

What are you guys talking about? There was something like 60+ court cases filed after the election by the Trump legal team. They lost nearly all of them but they were never denied any chance to being evidence of fraud. Heck, they still have that opportunity now. That they don’t, I have to assume is due to a lack of evidence.

You really might want to check your facts. That's what the media told you, but it wasn't the reality. Here's a good rule of thumb, if the media tells you the same thing more than twice, it probably isn't true.

If you say so. I was commenting on the idea of making a big deal out of a REPUBLICAN PARTY website saying something political that the other party might not want to read.
I see most just laughing at the silliness of this all. Looks like the only ones making any kind of big deal out of this are the Trump supporters here.

Take a good look at this article and see how the various courts ruled. It is a litany of serial injustice and dereliction of duty.

Courts Repeatedly Ignored Merits Of Trump’s Election Claims

And that doesn't touch on the obvious unconstitutionality of various Sec. of States changing election laws on the fly without the approval of their state legislatures. This was the basis of the Texas suit that the Supreme Court refused to hear, because of purported "no standing".

There is a ton of evidence of election fraud, but it's not even required. On Constitutionality alone the election was improper on its face.

I’m sure there are thousands of crackpot websites in the cyber universe. What’s one more?

But anyway, Florida Democrats can post their own website depicting Donald Trump in an orange prison jumpsuit residing in the state prison at Raiford. Which was also the the final home of such luminaries as Ted Bundy and Aileen Wournos. He’ll be in good company.

At least 10 local Republican Party websites across Florida continue to show Donald Trump as the current president of the United States, more than four months after he lost the election to Joe Biden.

Most websites list no elected officials at all, but nearly half of those that do continue to include Trump.

O the coup Manatee.

I am afraid this is going to confuse Biden even more, no Joe, Trump is not the president and neither is Harris.

California can’t sue Texas to change the way it doles out it’s welfare block-grant, Texas can’t sue other states for following their own elections laws, (or making necessary administrative changes because of the pandemic).

There’s no evidence because Biden’s handlers covered it up. Or something.

A lot of people consider Biden illegitimate and a usurper.
A lot of people are wrong about a lot of things.
Too bad the courts wouldn't look at the issue to allow the question to be adequately resolved. Reep what you sow.
You know, it's funny. I look back at a lot of the old topics, and it's amazing how you and others were all about taking this to the courts when you thought they would just go along and eat all the stuff that was being shoveled to them. Perfectly fine with the judicial process when you thought it would suit you.

It was amazing to see that fizzle out when it became apparent that just wasn't going to happen.

If you want to blame anyone, blame Trump for picking his legal dream team out of a clown car. The most important court cases in American history - to hear him tell it - and his people spent two months fumbling around like idiots, getting kicked out of courts by judges, some of whom Trump handpicked.

Texas did not sue PA through the court system. It appealed directly to the proper venue for such Constitutional issues, the SC. To say PA conducting an unconstitutional national election doesn't disenfranchise Texas is delusional. As for no evidence of election fraud, please read the article before replying.

In this I actually agree with you. I thought TX standing was pretty obvious.

Of course such a precedent would allow states in the future to complain the the SC about voting practices in other states. Maybe that would have been a good bulwark against voting restrictions cropping up here and there?

To quote a section of the article:
Trump hasn't conceded, and it's our opinion the election was stolen," Kramer, the former mayor of Vero Beach, told the USA TODAY Network-Florida. "It's important to make a statement and to make sure the statement stays relevant for the next 3½ years.

This is just ... so, so sad.
Sad, but not surprising. These are people who like to cling to a Lost Cause. I'm sure that Trump will have a place in the Pantheon now enjoyed by the like of Jackson and Lee.

Personally, I don't care. If they want to spend the next few years in their own little fantasy, it's up to them - they're only making themselves look like morons.

They can have their opinion. Opinions don't matter much. Facts matter, and here's the fact: Biden IS the President of the United States. He was inaugurated. He holds the power. He holds the office. They can stomp their feet, close their eyes, kick and scream and holler, but, at the end of the day, it doesn't matter any more than a child playing make-believe.

Unfortunately, when we get into a world where a significant proportion of the people believe 'alternative facts', things become very dangerous, and not just because they vote in real elections based on their delusional understanding of the world. The people who shoot up pizza parlors or whack police officers with their thin blue line American flags are not just morons, they're dangerous morons.

Oh, what facts are you disputing? That Trump had filed over 60 lawsuits post election or that he lost nearly all of them?

There were a lot of lawsuits, but the Trump team had only filed 4 or 5, none of which were heard as far as evidence is concerned, with the exception of one filed in the state of PA where the court ruled it should be heard by a higher court and that the case had merit (bet your preferred outlet of media lies didn't tell you that part). Higher courts refused to look at that one as well, regardless of its merit. To make a claim there was no evidence is simply ignorant as there wasn't any court willing to look at the evidence. Not a single one ruled they weren't taking a case from the Trump team because they didn't have any evidence. That line was just a media mantra, not reality.

It also ignores all the stuff aggregated in places like this: Here Is The Evidence

So yea, I'm disputing what you said, but I'm certainly not disputing facts, as you didn't actually provide any.

True, but we'll always have dangerous morons. It's another fact, but a sad one.

They had their day in court. They tried. They failed. They'll make up excuses, sure, and they'll whine about how they weren't treated fairly, because that's what losers do.

Let them cry.
