That’s great to hear. :)

It’s related to my consumption. My hunger sensor doesn’t alert me often. Most times I’m eating because I should and not because I’m hungry. Two meals is standard but I’m working on a third. Breakfast is a challenge. My first meal is usually lunch.

I’ve heard the same from others who grew up in the south. I’ve never had it.

It should sear well in the pan and have a lovely crust. You may forgo the grill! ;)

Thanks for the suggestion. Orgain is good. I have some here. I wanted to add it to smoothies but it tastes better with water.

I’m trying to avoid meal replacements. I may use collagen instead. It didn’t alter the taste.

So do you eat late at night if not you are having about an 18 hour fast before your next meal, that is if you eat around say 6:00 p.m.

Are you making any meal type smoothies, a friend of mine does for breakfast.

6:30 today (last meal for me) i will not eat again till 4:30 tomorrow.
Then will probably have an egg maybe two.

I have taken one of my moms orgain and freeze it not solid but just enough to eat with a spoon , i like it like that.

I have been waiting on this to get back in stock.

No, I have lunch between 11 and noon and dinner between 4-6 depending on my schedule. The issue is the long gap between rising and the first meal. I wake up around 4 or 5AM. The only thing I have is water and coffee.

I used to fast but I don't right now.

No. I don't like meal replacements and don't drink smoothies often. My body is sated by food. Especially meat. Because it's hungry but I don't feel it. My doctor says its conditioning. I'm accustomed to going without and it doesn't send the signal. Sometimes I forget to eat and realize it later on.

Designated times work best. I want to swap lunch and dinner and have the heavier meal in the afternoon (dinner) and a lighter meal in the evening (supper). Small bites would probably work best for breakfast. Like an afternoon tea.

How do you like the colostrum? What do you add it to?

I'd add the collagen to a smoothie. But I don't have them! I'd have to take a vitamin to get it. I'm using MaryRuth's products. I love them!! The Liquid Multivitamin is incredible. I take the morning and evening versions and sleep like a baby. It increased my energy too.

The colostrum i linked to, i have not been able to purchase it, since i came across it, it has been out of stock. I have used other brands and i can see a benefit especially helps with IBS.

The brands i have tried are. I out of the two, the first did well.

IBS is unpleasant. A friend had it. I'm glad you're looking at natural remedies. I hope the one you're waiting on helps.

Fortunately i have not had too much of a problem, as i have moved to eating better over the last few years. That has helped a good bit, mine is just an occasional flair up and then really only just small flair ups.

Youth and bad eating habits eventually caught up to me as i aged, but that was really not till my early 30's. Unlike some of my friends who as we aged, looked to the doctor and their pills. I, though God's grace and guidance moved to natural approach that He has provided since the fall of man.

Sermon: Whatever It Takes
Ed Ollie @ Willow Creek Community Church

A group of friends wrecked a roof to get their friend to Jesus; they were committed to relentlessly doing whatever it took for their friend to experience the transformation that only Jesus offers. What does it mean for us to live on mission, committed to doing whatever it takes to reach people with the hope of the Gospel?

I am watching Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 5

I watched it during its original run but my brother got me the DVD for Christmas.

I have mixed feelings on this show but am watching & did watch it anyways.

The whole show feels they dumbed everything down, but there's occasionally a really good episode.
