One of the most sincere prayers I've ever heard expresses a lot of angst towards God. At some point, everyone will have sincere frustration and doubt about God's goodness. It's where we go from there that matters. It seems you've got 2 options, you can sit and let it fester as you "try" to pretend affection for God or you can hash it out with Him. Lay it all out in prayer and give the contents to Him. See what He does with it.

Im very frustrated in my life. I need his help. He doesnt help just watch.

God's big enough to handle it, and probably appreciates your honesty. I have been fussing at God for a long time. Why so much evil? How long are You going to wait? Help us! It comes with the territory, I think.

Sometimes we can be too busy building our own lives and we want God's help. God is busy building to and he needs our help. What is more important that which we are trying to build or that what God is building? I have been in the wrong shoes and have to be careful that I don't keep stepping back into them. That has been my experience of frustration.

Sorry but I think you should immediately back off from the word you use in the title of your thread. The book of Job even demonstrates why. Plus the lists of saints many of them in scripture shows the same. Remember God allowed Joseph in Egypt to be in trails for quite some time....years actually but he made him the ruler of the nation in due time. Perhaps you can add just what you're frustrated about? You say God doesn't help? By your telling us in what there could be a whole host of answers people can share with you to encourage you.

15“If you love me, keep my commands. 16And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be c in you. 18I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”

Pray this prayer:

Psalm 51
10
Create in me a clean heart, O God,
and renew a right spirit within me.

Christians never hate God!

1 John 4
18
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 19 We love him, because he first loved us. 20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? 21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.

There are conditions to receiving God's help. Getting mad at God is not one of the conditions. The opposite. I suggest that you read the 1st Chapter of James.

1 John 5 says "this is love for God, to obey His commands, and His commands are not burdensome."

Those who hate God so loathe to do what God commands, that they defiantly do the opposite. So if there is anything in your heart that desires to be with God forever, and thus to obey Him, that is at least the seeds of love for God.

We often pay too much attention to our personal feelings. Such is immaturity, and that needs to change. Personal feelings will come into alignment with God's will, if we do what Christ commands and advises us to do. But our faith must stretch out beyond our personal feelings and appeal to God for supernatural strength to do His will, regardless if our feelings are favorable or hostile to it.

And to have that faith requires that we believe in God's love for us, and in the integrity of His promises. For example, if we humble ourselves before Him, He will give more grace to us. It requires us to believe that He will pay personal attention to our need and meet that need in His right time. We might have to exercise patience for it.

I once prayed a prayer to God in the midst of my frustration and unbelief, and God answered that prayer (and reminded me of it) 7 years later. We must be in this relationship with Him for the long haul.

Yes.

If God is holy and man is sinful, what is there for man? This is the problem Martin Luther wrestled with for years and which drove him to despair. It caused him to cry out at one time, “Love God? Sometimes I hate Him.” Then one day as Luther was preparing to teach Romans 1 to his theological students, he came to verse 17 and read, “For in the Gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith….” Luther said later, “I realized for the first time that my own justification depends, not on my own righteousness which will always fall short, but it rests solely and completely on the righteousness of Jesus Christ which I must hold on to by trusting faith.” - RC Sproul

Im very frustrated in my life.

I have been there countless number of times during the past 10 years, a season of deep emotional and spiritual turmoil. Reluctance to walk the path chosen by God for me turned into frustration, later anger, much later bitterness and finally depression. I have been a Christian all my life, but this block of 10 years threatened my spiritual foothold, questioned my faith and pushed me to immense shame of waiting upon God and finally being betrayed by him (well, I thought He betrayed).

Just yesterday, God began addressing that I have been struggling to understand all these years. Just His "beginning" enabled me to see HIM from altogether a different standpoint of faith and hope and it stands as an answer for all those one-sided talks/reasoning I had with him when He chose to stay silent.

Friend, trust me when I say this - No one who hopes in GOD will ever be put to shame (Psalms 25:3)

God is at work in our lives always. That doesn't mean we won't hate the places he takes us to. But, in the end, it will be something praiseworthy. You will get that day of victory one day for sure, just ensure you won't do/say anything in pain which leaves you feeling undeserving of the plan/ destiny He has in mind for you.

I need his help

God knows that. Not just that, He knows how much you need and how you react when you don't get it.

He doesn't help just watch

He is watching (even during those times when we find it hard to believe) and, trust me, it is sufficient and there's a reason why He is doing what He is doing.

Hang in there and try walking in faith as much as you can. It's totally fine even if you cannot sometimes. He knows your limitations. He will not suffer you beyond your capacity to bear, if He does, then according to HIM, you are stronger than you think you are. Trust HIM and allow HIM to work, You won't regret your decision.

Yes but why
God often uses bad things in our life to drag you to him .some people are so comfortable they wouldn't even think about God untill they get cancer at like 55 or something.
As Christian you're promised suffering cuz you aren't of this world to begin with.

God is, first and foremost, concerned about your spiritual condition; He orients His efforts in your life primarily in the direction of your spiritual well-being. When all the brief hub-bub of this life is over, there waits an eternity of time with Him. Are you ready? Is your walk with Him such that the prospect of being with Him forever thrills your soul? It is to get you to this place that God is working now.

If God doesn't answer in the way you want, is He not in a better position than you to see that doing what you want Him to do is not a good idea? Can you not let God be God?

We can only approach God with requests, never demands. To demand of God - except, perhaps, in regards to His promises - is to put yourself over God, isn't it? Do you think God is going to respond well to you making demands of Him, essentially telling Him what He's supposed to do? If you're commanding God, who is God, then?

Anyway, in what ways do you need His help, exactly?

The Bible says we can expect God to do certain things: convict us of sin (John 16:8), illuminate our understanding to His truth (John 16:12; John 14:26; 1 Corinthians 2:10-16), strengthen us in times of trial and temptation (Ephesians 3:16; Romans 8:13; Philippians 2:13), transform our character so that we are more and more like Jesus (Galatians 5:22-23; 2 Corinthians 3:18), and discipline us when we stray from Him (Hebrews 12:5-11). Is God doing these things in your life? If not, what do you think this means?

One ought to be afraid to make such charges against the Creator-God. He does show 'wrath' at times to rebellion! Any full reading of the Holy Scriptures will show the love of God for His people, but great judgment against enemies and carnal Christians. Let us not be as 'enemies' or 'carnal' (worldly)!

God, as any good father will discipline as needed for bad behavior, so one needs to learn to submit quietly to it (if one is truly "born again" --John 3:16 and is in fact a "child of God").

One who has received the salvation for Heaven as found ONLY in God's "...beloved Son": the Lord Jesus Christ, will look to Him as in John 3; John 5:39-40; John 14; Acts 4:12; Romans 8; etc. Believing ABOUT God is NOT salvation! We need to learn to bow to God, not treat him as some bad neighbor.

I think my salvation was a fluke. Anyway ill be due in 2 weeks. Really dont want baby I want to do adoption bjt the dad is involved. Hmm. So much regret. I don't want to try anymore
Many of us have felt that way some time or another. It is a difficult thing to overcome while we are suffering the consequences of our actions. But if we remain faithful to Christ, the guilt will fade, and we will have peace with God again. Christ died for our forgiveness, and was raised for our deliverance.

So, if you find yourself at the end of your rope, or at the bottom of the barrel, there is only one way to look, and that's up. Like the words to a song:
Walk on, walk on
With hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone

Because God is with you. Hebrews 12 says that God scourges His children, and trials don't seem joyful at the time, "but afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness." Ask God for wisdom, and He will show you the way.

Being a Christian doesn't erase our sinfulness, so yes, anger toward God--though unjustified and in error--is part of our sinful passions of the flesh. And I don't say this to say that if you feel this way then God is going to get angry with you; He is good and loving, merciful before even a sinful thought enters your head. But as it is, the Bible is filled with stories of saints who were confused, frustrated, and even angry with God.

But it seems like there is something specific you are expecting God to do, and you think He's not meeting your expectations. And that gets us to a more deeper issue--how you see God and view His work in your life.

There is no promise from God that in this life that we should get anything good--we are not guaranteed even our next breath, let alone freedom from the struggles of life. Whether they are medical, financial, relational, emotional, mental, or physical. Our Lord told us that life would be hard, He said our life of following Him would be a cross that we have to bear.

I don't say this to sound callous--not even remotely. I say this to help encourage you to examine your own thoughts and feelings. What is it that you want from God, and if you cannot have what you want, do you think you can learn to be okay if He says, "My grace is sufficient for you, My strength is made present in weakness"?

The life of faith is a journey, and this life is about that journey. As we are being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ by the continued power and work of the Holy Spirit. There may be many injuries made and tears shed, after all this life is a cross.

In this world there is great injustice, and so we do not place our hope in this world, but in Christ who has justified us and who shall set all things to rights in the end.
