Why do almost all Christians ignore the fact that God has a chosen people? The news started with Adam and Eve, was given to Abraham and is stated throughout the Old Testament, not even counting the New Testament.
Also for some reason, when people read that God chose the Israelites they don't bat an eyebrow. But now all of a sudden God has a chosen people from all corners of the Earth and he's an unjust God when his salvation is offered to a MUCH larger people than just one tribe? His salvation is from every tribe, people, and nation! His salvation is an innumerable number greater than the stars! Explain that to me. See, to me there is no unfairness in this situation. To me, every human being in the world deserves hell. Why? Because every human being in the world has sinned. There's no such thing as a minor sin each and every sin is bad and is deserving of punishment and if you were truly honest with yourself you don't just sin once a week, you sin several times each and every day! Tell me, if you committed a crime here on Earth, shouldn't you be arrested and punished? Why is sin different? Sin is rebellion against God. Sin is wicked, sin is evil. Sin is just as wicked as the crimes we have here on Earth. Yet, nobody questions our legal system and if a Judge lets somebody go or gives them a not long enough sentence we scream out how unfair that Judge was.
Now imagine if that judge let you go free because that judge sanctified you from the inside out and took by himself the punishment for the sins that you deserved. Would that be injustice? I didn't think so. That's grace and that's grace that that person didn't deserve right? Because, they deserved to be punished.
If you agree with what I am saying than, why is reformed theology wrong and a heretical theology? Reformed theology only takes the Bible literally and all of our theology is based on what the Bible says front to cover. It's only the theology started by Martin Luther and finalized with the other reformers. Where is the injustice in a God that died for his sheep when God didn't have to die for anybody? If you actually examine it, that's not unfair. It's grace. It's love. NOT ONE of us deserve anything but yet God provided.
Not to mention? One day there will be a kingdom where everything will be perfect. There will be no more death, mourning, crying, or pain. There will be no racism, rape, or crime of any kind. All of us will perfectly love and enjoy each others company. All of the injustices that we are fighting against right now, will not exist. No more wars, no more famine, no more anything but complete global peace and harmony. Yet, nobody can look towards that or for that, they only look to a punishment that they and all of us rightfully deserve when judging God's character. If anything telling God "I deserve to be saved." is injustice and sin on our parts don't you think? God told us to be humble and to humble ourselves. Not puff ourselves up. Who are you oh man to question the almighty God?
