Words of Encouragement and Thoughts (6)

Heaven reminder and encouragement.

The attacks of the enemy can seem fierce,
as they use their words and deeds to damage and to pierce.

With their justified thoughts and actions,
then having their conscience seared with a hot iron 'caused by infractions.

But then I am reminded of that this is not my home,
as I don't belong to this world but to Christ who sits on the throne.

The enemy wants to get rid of those who belong to the Christ,
as they are an disturbance and highly hated by the antichrist.

We come with the gospel of life,
to proclaim about His glory and might!

We come with the gospel of truth,
to tell about His Kingdom being the only sooth.

We come with the gospel of the way,
which is the only way to eternity which doesn't lead you astray.

We are hated by this world,
because we belong to Christ and by this reason it's anger is fueled and get's twirled.

As Jesus Christ was first hated by the world and killed by it,
so will we too be hated and being blamed and put into their rage of fire pit.

As the world mocks Christ,
so will we too be sliced.

As we are counted as sheep being brought to slaughter every day,
just as Jesus Christ died for us as a lamb for sacrifice the same.

As we lay down our own lives for Him,
offering everything as a sacrifice to Him as our eternal King.

As we are tried out and persecuted by our enemy constantly,
our longing for our true home in heaven with our God and Saviour get's as a reminder to our minds instantly.

Planted in God's Grace.

Wordly people are too busy with themselves, their only gaze is set on what they can achieve.
What can benefit for them,
also using others to get this.

They care too much,
about their inner feelings.
What they feel,
what they think.
They are tossed by the waves,
on every side.

Distracted by their own enticements,
they see nothing else than what is put before them.
They follow their hearts,
even going away from what is truly right.

Yet I want to keep my gaze,
on my Lord Jesus Christ.
I don't want to be tossed by the waves,
on every side.
And I don't want to follow my own heart,
but doing what is in God's heart.

I know that feelings can change,
but my God will never change!
My heart in its self is wicked,
but God's heart is pure and good.

I know my words can fail,
but God's Word never fails!
The grass will fade and be gone,
but God's Word will never fade,
and it will stand strong forever!

I know my thoughts are unclean,
but God's thoughts are not!
My thoughts are small,
compared to God's thoughts!

I know I am not worth having any of His grace,
but He chose giving it to me anyways.
I know I am small and nothing in the sight of
God,
yet His love for me abounds.

God's grace covers over my sins,
with the blood of Christ.
God's grace forgives me,
in His love for me in Christ Jesus.

Indeed!

And we need to keep ourselves reminded in staying positioned in Him, as the enemy's darts during a day can be many against us.

Being reminded of His truth, and standing strongly grounded in His Word. Not focusing ourselves so much on what others says or thinks, as not everything told and thought are based on truth. And we know that there is only one Truth --> Jesus Christ! Who is also God's Word!

Philippians is a wonderfully encouraging Epistle!

I wanted to share a poem which I wrote earlier in march. I thought where I could do this, and I was reminded of that this thread haven't been active for quite a while now. So I decided I could write it in here.


All Creation Worships You Lord!

Every created creature,
proclaims Your glory, O Lord.
With their every given sounds,
they worship You, O Lord.

Every bird have their own tune of song,
which they express beautifully.
With everything they have,
and with everything they are,
they give it all to You,
who are their Maker and Lord.

In the early morning hour,
they arise to sing to You the King.
And in the late evening,
they sing their good night to You.
Still there is an thankfulness,
in every sung tone.

You have also shown us,
great wonder with all the other animals You have made.
With an immense creativity,
and every given details counts.
To keep on astonishing us,
and amazing us in every single way.

As every single detail,
is thoroughly thought by You Lord.
Nothing is left out,
nothing is forgotten.
All is just perfectly put together,
with great order and structure.

All of Creation is under Your supreme reign.
Giving You glory, worshiping You, and adoring You because You are the Creator and God.

I like your poems, Martyr's Crown. I would like to share a poem I wrote many years ago. I have others, but I'll just start with this one:

Believers Truth
Wondering about both time and space
While this journey of life is taking place
Looking deep within your heart
Discover we are all a part
Of a loving entity
Realize we're meant to be
Sharing love and compassion
Miracles still happen
With every human birth
Upon our valuable earth
Hoping only good for others
Living as sisters & brothers

When you experience the effects of deliverance from sin, it will not be according to your best efforts. You will give God the credit. He will get the glory. And you will have a new appreciation for the word grace.

In spite of all his time and attention poring over the holy scrolls, God had never spoken to Saul of Tarsus through the law. But he spoke through Jesus.

God is love, and he wants his Kingdom characterized by relationships of love throughout his empire. No king, president, emperor, proletariat, or dictator can ever bend the people to their will toward this end because we the people are governed by something greater than the ruler—we are governed by the power of sin itself, which no ruler has been able to tame. Until Jesus came.

What are some of one's habitual head spaces in this day and age that could be stumbling blocks from enabling Christ's love to shine through you?


Being Entitled

Being Judgemental

Self Serving

Limiting what is possible for God in your life

Concerned with being disadvantaged

Fearful of the future/insecurity


We need to conciously confront the above by meditating on Jesus and his finised work, the written word, who he is, what his promises are, and who he says we are. For the weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
