Okay. Can a moderator move the thread? Or must I?
I can take care of it for you.

Do you want me to restore the original text of the post and title too?

I think our traditions need to first be things the Bible clearly says to do. For example >

"Do all things without complaining and disputing, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation" (in Philippians 2:13-16).

To me, this means we have a tradition of doing every single thing and every married thing without complaining or arguing. And we do this so we can become God's way in His love and His way of relating in love. But I suspect there are people who have traditions which say not a word about such things which are clearly stated in the Bible, and I do not ever hear them talking about doing everything "without" complaining and arguing and how we can become because we obey what God means by this tradition.

Ones might be able to tell you all about their groups' traditions, but not say a word about how God is able to stop our abusive complaining and arguing, and how He has us becoming as He deeply corrects us to love like this.

And ones can know traditions which are outward, but not say anything about our basic Christian calling > "in one body" >

"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful." (Colossians 3:15)

Ones might be very dictatorial about their religious traditions, but not submit to how our Father rules each of us personally in His own peace. But I see this is a basic tradition which is clearly given, in the Bible.
