Yes it is salvation by works you promoting
1) Where does the Bible teach "do nothing and thou shalt be saved"? It doesn't.

2) Where does the Bible teach those living in rebellion, disobedience to God's will are saved? It doesn't.

3) There are many examples of people being obedient to God's will in order to receive God's free gift. Where is their obedience said to have earned God's free gift? It doesn't.

In other words, from these 3 points, does the Bible teach UNconditional salvation by faith alone? It does not.

I believe to be saved you need to believe on Jesus. (Have faith and trust in Lord Jesus to save you, to act as your savior).

Additional facts that I think we should (maybe not required) know about Jesus to be saved is:
1)Jesus is God.
2)The gospel that Jesus died for our sins, was buried and rose the third day. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4

If you do not believe Jesus is God and in what he did in the gospel how do you have faith and trust in Jesus to save you? Only an infinite payment by God can wipe out all our sins forever. Statements 1 and 2 are related as if you believe 2 you believe Jesus is God.

When a person has faith in Jesus, it means that he or she believes who Jesus is (God in human form) and trusts what Jesus has done (died and resurrected). This faith in the person and work of Christ is what saves. -https://www.gotquestions.org/faith-in-Jesus.html

If you understand and believe what the Bible says about Jesus, and if you are trusting in those truths as the basis for salvation—you are saved! You “believe in Jesus” in the biblical sense. What does it mean to believe in Jesus? | GotQuestions.org

Those in Acts 2 were tolf to repent and be baptized to be saved, not commanded to believe only. All the beleif only in the world can never save those who refuse to repent of their sins.

What about this Truth stated about Jesus Matt 1:21
21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Repentance is given in Salvation Acts 5:31
. 31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

The Bible plainly teaches one must obey in order to be saved, Hebrews 5:9; Romans 6:16; Acts 2:38; Mark 16:16, etc

Again,

2) Where does the Bible teach those living in rebellion, disobedience to God's will are saved? It doesn't.

--this does not mean men can repent only if God "gives" them repentance for such would make God culpable for all the impenitent.

--to "give" or "grant" repentance (Acts of the Apostles 11:18) shows God's role in man's salvation in providing man the opportunity, the privilege to repent and be saved. Acts of the Apostles 5:31 does not mean every single Israelite repented though God is said to have given Israel repentance....most did not repent. So God's role in the salvation of Israel was "giving" them the opportunity to repent, most rejected what God gave them therefore most did not have their sins forgiven. In Acts 2:38 the Jews were 'commanded' to repent with the imperative putting ability and accountability upon the Jews to repent and culpability upon them if they did not repent.

Obey to be saved is different from obedience to get saved. You teaching obedience to get saved, thats works salvation friend .

Thats exactly what it means. If men arent given repentance they cannot by nature repent. Thats why He gives it as Saviour.

Salvation by obedience to the will of God....as Paul says "obedience unto righteousness" Romans 6:16.

God's gift of salvation is a free gift but it is not an unconditional free gift.
Its conditioned on Christ, so its not unconditional. Christ fulfilled all the conditions to save His People. What you think about that ?

It's conditioned on doing what Christ said (Luke 6:46) in believing (John 8:24) repenting (Luke 13:3) confessing (Matthew 10:32-33) and baptism (Mark 16:16). Christ does not believe repent confess or baptized for man while men sit and do nothing. Therefore Christ's people are the ones who have conditionally done what He says, not any more or any less.

This idea makes God guilty and culpable for the impentient for failing the give them repentance.

God has given repentance to all and those who choose to receive what God has given by repenting are the ones that can be saved. Acts 2:38 God commanded those Jews to repent, gave them repentance, and those that obeyed by repenting accepted what God gave.

If man is born with a nature whereby man is unable to repent then it made no sense for God to command men to repent already knowing such would be impossiblevfor man to do. It would be unjust on God's part to condemn men for not repenting if men were born with a natural inability to repent.....God requires man to repent but makes repentance impossible for man and then condemns man for not doing the impossible.

God commands me to walk, I was born without legs making it impossible for me to walk yet God UNjustly condemns me for not walking.....God made walking impossible for me to do and UNJUSTLY condemns me for a natural inability/impossibility I was passively born with against my will (Calvinism)
versus
God commands me to walk, I was born with legs and can easily walk if I choose to but I chose to not walk therefore God JUSTLY condemn me for a free will choice I made (Biblical)

=========================

God commands men to believe, repent and be baptized, I was born totally depraved making it impossible for mr to obey God in believe, repent and be baptized....God made it impossible for me to believe repent and be baptized and UNJUSTLY condemns me for a antural inability/impossiblity I was born with against my will (Calvinism)
versus
God commands men to believe, repent and be baptized, I was born with a free will God gave me and I can choose to obey God in believing repenting and being baptized but I freely choose to disobey God. Therefore God JUSTLY condemns me for a moral free will choice I made (Biblical)

See man naturally is at enmity against God, not subject to God and indeed cant be Rom 8:7-8

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

That word subject means hypotassō:

  1. to arrange under, to subordinate

  2. to subject, put in subjection

  3. to subject one's self, obey

  4. to submit to one's control

  5. to yield to one's admonition or advice

  6. to obey, be subject
See that ? Man naturally will not and cannot obey God, and repentance is a command to obey Acts 17:30

30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
The carnal mind in the flesh cannot obey Gods command to repent, sorry !

You said "man naturally is at enmity against God" but the verse says "the carnal mind is enmity against God". Romans 8:5 what a man chooses to set his mind on, (things of the flesh or things of the spirit), is a free will choice and not dictated, forced upon man by some sin nature he was born with.

Romans 8:7 those men who freely choose to set their minds on the flesh, then that fleshly mind is emnity with God, again a free choice made not forced by a sin nature born with. Nor does v7 teach it is impossible for one who has chosen to mind the flesh turn away from it. They can turn by choosing to repent and become subject to God's law.

Romans 8:8 they freely chose of their free will to be in the flesh, not forced to be agaisnt their will by some sin nature. They can choose to repent.

Choosing to never sin, which is an impossibility, is not the same as choosing to repent.
