What you say in a
"literal" sense; meaning that in our sinful humanity/our flesh as is, prior to being transformed if alive at Christ's second coming is true. BUT IF what you say was in a
"spiritual sense" AFTER Christ's second coming on the Last Day goes, then what you said is
NOT true as
"transformed human born again Christians" DO go to live in heaven - wherever that is! What the environment will be like' and what we will be doing there (other than worshiping our Lord God and Jesus Christ) is something that, as humans now we cannot fully comprehend - and that is where our faith and trust in God's Word comes in.
From the 'Easton's Bible Dictionary'
(4.) Spiritual meaning. The place of the everlasting blessedness of the righteous; the abode of departed spirits.
In heaven the blessedness of the righteous consists in the possession of "life everlasting," "an eternal weight of glory" (
2Cr 4:17), an exemption from all sufferings for ever, a deliverance from all evils (
2Cr 5:1,
2) and from the society of the wicked (
2Ti 4:18), bliss without termination, the "fullness of joy" for ever (
Luk 20:36;
2Cr 4:16,
18;
1Pe 1:4;
5:10;
1Jo 3:2). The believer's heaven is not only a state of everlasting blessedness, but also a "place", a place "prepared" for them (
Jhn 14:2).
ISB Encyclopedia:
It reminds all generations of men that their true home and destiny is heaven. In not a few of our Lord's own sayings, as has been remarked, our phrase is obviously only a name for heaven; and, while His aim was that the kingdom should be established on earth, He always promised to those aiding in its establishment in this world that their efforts would be rewarded in the world to come. The constant recognition of a spiritual and eternal world is one of the unfailing marks of genuine Christianity.
