The New Covenant is not made yet. We just have the future Promise of it.
None of the four things listed in Hebrews 8:10-12 have fully happened yet:
1/ I shall set My Laws in their hearts.
2/ I shall be their God and they will be My people.
3/ They will not teach each other, for all will know the Lord.
4/ I shall pardon their sins and remember their wickedness no more.

The New Covenant will be made between the Lord and His corporate Christian peoples, after the Sixth Seal event has cleared and cleansed all of the holy Land, and all the righteous, faithful Christian peoples will migrate to live there: Ezekiel 34:11-16, Isaiah 35:1-10, Romans 9:26

Ezekiel 34:25 I shall make a Covenant with them for their peace and prosperity....

Isaiah 61:8..... I will grant them a sure reward and make an everlasting Covenant with them.

Isaiah 59:20-21 The Lord will come as a Redeemer to Zion and to those descended from Jacob who repent of their rebellion. This is the Covenant I will make with them: My Spirit will abide with them thru all the following generations.

Jeremiah 32:37-40 I shall gather My people from all the lands where they now live......I will make and everlasting Covenant with them, it will be a joy for Me to do them good.

Ezekiel 37:26 [After the Spiritual regeneration and the rejoining of the tribes] I shall make an everlasting Covenant with them, for their peace and prosperity and their numbers will greatly increase. I will put My Sanctuary in their midst, where it will remain for all time.

Isaiah 33:17-24 Those who live righteously and speak the truth, who do not take bribes, rejecting all evil – they will dwell securely with ample food and water. Psalms 85:12

Your eyes will see a King in his glory and view a Land that stretches into the distance. Numbers 24:15-19, Genesis 15:18

You will call to mind what you once feared. Where are they now? Those barbarous people whose speech you could not understand. Psalms 58:10-11, Psalms 37:8-15, Jeremiah 12:14-16
Look upon Zion, Jerusalem, city of sacred festivals. A secure abode, never again to be moved. Amos 9:13-15

There the Lord will be in His majesty, a peaceful place. A place of broad rivers, but no ships will sail there.
The Lord is our judge and lawgiver. He is our King who will save us
. Zechariah 8:7-8
Your rigging hangs loose, the mast is not secure and your sails are not set. Luke 12:35-36. Then all will take a share in the spoils. Zechariah 9:17

No one living in Zion will get sick and the sins of the people will be pardoned.

Micah 7:18 Who is God like You? You take away our guilt and forgive the sins of the faithful remnant of Your people......

Is this new?

Didn't Jesus ALREADY make a New Covenant in the New Testament ?

That was supposed to be the last one wasn't it ?
Church teaching that the New Covenant is now, is wrong and contradicts many scriptures, as I have shown.
We do have the Promise of the NC, but it will be between the Lord and His people as a group, the 'nation' who bear the proper fruit. Matthew 21:43

This will happen soon after all the holy Land is cleared and cleansed by the Lord, on His terrible Day of fiery wrath. Zephaniah 1:1-18, Isaiah 30:29-30, 2 peter 3:7, Revelation 6:12-17, +

As we born again Christians ARE the Israelites of God, Galatians 6:14-16, the New Covenant will be with all who have proved their faith and trust in the Lord, during the test by fire. 1 Peter 4:12

Evidence that historical orthodox Christianity agrees with keras that the New Covenant is "not now".

He can't seem to find it.
There is no 'historical orthodox Christian; who says the New Covenant is 'not now'. It has always been the normal Church teaching, that we are participants of the New Covenant.
Even though scriptural evidence proves we are not in the NC now and there is no point when the Bible says the NC was made between the Lord and His faithful peoples.

It is as Jesus says; I thank You Father, for hiding these things from the learned and wise and revealing them to the simple.... Matthew 11:24
And as Daniel 12:4 says: In the last days, only a few will understand....

I have proved that we are not now in the NC, with scriptures.
Until you address those prophesies, your objections are just opinion and are invalid.

Glad to see that you agree.

And one cannot be a participant in a New Covenant which is "not now".

ISTM you're inferring the Church has always missed the point of the New Testament......but you've been the only person to "get it".

Maybe, but what I have done is proved the NC is not yet and will happen when the elect are all settled into the holy Land.
These prophesies are in everyone's Bibles; all can read them.

You and jgr, seem to treat them as though they don't exist.
We do have an explanation for this inability to understand the prophesies; it is that the Lord has blinded His servants. Isaiah 42:18-20

Proved? No. Posting something repeatedly doesn't prove anything (other than an inability to reconsider staunch beliefs that were arrived at based on leaning on one's own understanding).

The foundation of Jesus's ministry was that He was the anticipated Messiah coming to bring in the New/everlasting Covenant of peace. The disciples taught this.....that's the meaning of the Gospel. It just astounds me that a self-professed Christian would reject the main tenet of our faith.

Ezekiel 37:26
And I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and multiply them, and I will set My sanctuary among them forever.

John 7:37-39
37On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and called out in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. 38Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said: ‘Streams of living water will flow from within him.’ ” 39He was speaking about the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were later to receive. For the Spirit had not yet been given,e because Jesus had not yet been glorified.

Isaiah 55:1
Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you without money, come, buy, and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost!

Ezekiel 36:25-27

I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws.

I do NOT reject the New Covenant. Typically you are confused!
All I say is that the NC is not made yet. Jesus has fulfilled His part by His blood, but the other party; the Christian peoples, are not yet in the position to fulfil ours.
Ezekiel 37:26
And I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and multiply them, and I will set My sanctuary among them forever.
Isn't it rather obvious that this has not happened yet?
Neither have any of the things listed in Hebrews 8:10-12.

The New Covenant will be made with the Lord's faithful people, when they are together in a corporate group. Not as we are now, but gathered into the holy Land, as many prophesies tell us:
The Lord’s People gathered out of the Nations, after the Lord’s Day of Wrath:

Isaiah 40:1-3 Comfort My people, their term of bondage is served, their penalty paid. Clear a road through the desert for the Lord; level the way!

Isaiah 54:7-10 For a passing moment, I forsook you, but now with tender affection, I shall bring you home again. I swear that My covenant of peace will never break.

Deuteronomy 30:3 In the Lord’s compassion, He will gather His people from all the nations to which He has dispersed them.

Ezekiel 20:34 By My strong hand and outstretched arm and outpoured wrath, I shall bring you out of the peoples and gather you from the lands where you are dispersed.

Ezekiel 11:17 I shall gather you from among the nations and bring you together from the countries where you have been exiled and I will give the Land of Israel to you.

Ezekiel 36:13 I shall lead My sheep out of the nations, gather them from the different lands and bring them to their own country.

Hosea 11:10-11 My people will follow Me when I roar, My children will come speedily and I will settle them on their own homes.

Zechariah 10:8-10 I shall whistle to call My people home. Though dispersed in far off lands, I will call for them and lead them into Gilead and Lebanon until there is no more room.

Isaiah 66:20 From every nation your countrymen will be brought, on horses, in chariots and wagons, on mules and camels, as an offering to the Lord on His holy mountain.
Psalms 68:17 There were thousands of chariots when the Lord came in His holiness.

Psalms 50:5 Gather to Me, My loyal servants, those who by sacrifice have made a covenant with Me.

Isaiah 41:1-10 Listen in silence, you coasts and islands, together we go to the place of judgement. Israel, My servants summoned from the ends of the earth, have no fear, you will be strengthened and helped by My Right Hand. [Jesus]

Isaiah 49:8-23 They are coming, some from far away. My people, not forgotten, they are inscribed on the palms of My hands. All of them, assembling flooding back to the Land. The nations will bear your children in their arms. So many that the place is too cramped. None who look to Me will be disappointed.

Zephaniah 3:16-20 On that Day; fear not, the Lord your God is in your midst [not visible – the same as in the first Exodus. 1 Cor. 9:4] and will keep you safe. I will rescue the lost, gather the dispersed and bring you home.

Isaiah 60:1-9 Arise and shine, Jerusalem, your sons and daughters are coming from afar, sailing along like clouds in vessels from the coasts and islands, returning your children from distant places, to the honour of the Lord, for He has given you the glory.

Jeremiah 31:8-9 See how the Lord gathers His people from the far ends of the earth, among them; the blind and the lame, children and pregnant women. A vast company, they return, weeping as they come, but I will comfort them and lead them by streams of water.

Psalms 107:103 Those who were redeemed by the Lord and gathered from the North, West, East and the South, will say: Give thanks to the Lord, for His love endures forever!

You and jgr, seem to treat them as though they don't exist.

Jesus knew that these prophecies existed (He inspired them), when He extended His New Covenant in His Blood to His disciples, and they believed and received It. (Matthew 26:26-28). Both parties fulfilled their part.

Paul knew that these prophecies existed, when he affirmed that our observance of the Lord's Supper is a reminder and recognition of what Jesus and His disciples fulfilled. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26)

You seem to treat Jesus and Paul as though they don't exist.
