Georgia has a state law against "criminal solicitation to commit election fraud." That law makes it illegal for a person to intentionally solicit, request, command or otherwise attempt to cause another person to engage in election fraud.

No I get it. Democrats absolutely refuse to see what is in front of their face. Trump never threatened him and you know it. But you can't stand Trump so much that you won't see the truth. Democrats just HAVE to twist his words.

Another poster somewhere post a list of cases in support of the contention that judges are ruling against Trump. And they are. BUT his cases proves my point which was the vast majority of judges are ruling based upon procedural grounds and NOT on the merits of the evidence.

Democrats are very good at ignoring the forest. They see individual trees but they don't see the forest. All the things that happened are facts. But the facts are ignored because if they really saw the forest they would have to completely change their world view. And that is just too difficult to do. They would have to admit their side cheated. Or at least admit it looks like they did. But they don't really want to see the truth. All they care about is winning.

So with a Georgia victory you have won. And at least for the next two years you will have full control to do whatever you want. You will get the things you want. But in the end, you will pay dearly and your children more so, unless we can overcome it in two years. But I doubt that's going to happen. The Democrats have learned their methods of cheating have worked well. They will only perfect it from here.

I'm sure that if someone in a position of power told you to find votes and to support a false narrative and if you refuse calling your refusal criminal...you would take it as a threat

You have repeatedly made the false claim that the courts have refused to look at any of the so called evidence. but there is a list of examples and quotes from rulings. Ruling that directly site the so called evidence...the same evidence that you lie and say they don't look at. Well they do look at it. and making the false claim that they don't will not change that simple fact. All it does is show your dishonesty in the matter.

LOL! Since when does a person having been called on the phone, have to be under oath? Are you under oath when anyone calls you?? Do you keep a judge under your bed for every time someone calls you? When this goes to court----all parties will be under oath---if it goes to court. Their are those that are so sick and tired of Trump that they just want him gone Jan 20 and don't ever even have to hear his name again, me included---which ain't happening, as he is too much of a diva and will always seek to be in the limelight. He has the recording, that is all that is needed, but I doubt this will get to court. Trump has always gotten away with everything because people get so fed up with him they don't want to keep dragging things out. It's what he has done all his life, esp. every time he stiffs the contractors.

I have no such history to be proud of. My grandfather was a German American who went to Honduras with a group of other Americans --- who are still there. My father came back to this country as an American citizen by birth in the very early 50's and then sent for us (4 kids)--we all became American citizens and we are all law abiding and have never had scabies! We have been here since children and this is our country now, though 2 of us were born in Costa Rica and if you are born there, you die a Costa Rican no matter what other country you are a citizen of. Costa Ricans can not give away their citizen ship--I and my family have made this country ours and we obey the laws----Trump has never been a law abiding citizen, having "dealed" his way through life. We worked for what we have. He played "deals" with what he was given.
Maybe because we had to become citizens---it was a choice we all made---we appreciate this country more than those who were born here. This man wants to become a dictator of this country and if that happens, I hope I can go back to where I was born! If I wanted a dictatorship I'd move to the Philippines---that is what Trump wants to make of this country. I pray to God that will never happen! God put Trump in, and God has taken him out for lack of doing as He wants. Trumpers are going against all that is Christian with their disregard of not only how this country works, but how God works.
Trump is willing to have a civil war in order to maintain his dictatorship, it is not God's way of doing things. They are going against the will of God---that is a dangerous thing to do. God is humbling this old peacock and this country should let God finish the job, maybe then he will finally look up and see God, instead of himself.

He didn't threaten him and you know it. The courts have refused to look at the evidence. What I did is a typical use of speech. It's called a hyperbole. You know what that is. Forums and speech is full of them. It's an accepted form.

Yes some courts have looked at some things. I don't know about you but I wouldn't expect every single piece of evidence presented to be accepted. The truth is the VAST majority of these cases where not heard fully.

A poster (not you) listed a number of cases where they said the courts reviewed evidence. Then when you actually bread the cases they didn't. They tossed cases on procedural grounds or they didn't actually have any hearing where anyone could testify or present anything.

The Democrats cheated.

I think they would be sickened all right. They would be sickened by the whole "we have to get this man out of office" approach of the Democratic machine. Which is "get this man out if office by any means necessary.". The old ends justify the means situation. They fought for freedom. They didn't fight to give the Democratic party full access to take away our freedoms and God given rights afforded to us by the Constitution. They didn't fight to allow the Democratic machine to cheat.

God gave this country an opportunity to remain free. All Trump accomplished in his tenure was to make us more free. If you wanted a dictatorship, your about to get one. Trump did amazing things for the individuals in this country. Biden and his team are about to take away a lot of your freedoms. America rejected it's opportunity under Trump. God is allowing us to fall now. He gave us a chance and we rejected it.

This is what happens when you let these baseless, meritless claims of "Election Fraud" thrive. When Trump and the GOP keep putting gunpowder into the powder keg, telling them "We will never concede".

Trump is a wanna be Mussolini!! He tried to take over this country and put himself in power -- and not just for another 4 years!! With him in power we've had thousands and thousands of people die from covid. He is a menace to the freedom of this country and should be impeached immediately, at the very least.
