This is what we have heard:
Now the tax collectors and sinners were all drawing near to hear him. -Luke 15:1
And the Pharisees and the scribes grumbled, saying, "This man receives sinners and eats with them." -Luke 15:2
So He told them this parable: -Luke 15:3

The Lord related the parable of the lost sheep, the lost coin and the lost son as one parable.

For we heard:
"What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open country, and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it? -Luke 15:4

So the Lord considers us who are part of Him when He related “what man of you” ; as we understand Himself as the Son of Man in the parable of the sower.

So, we should consider ourselves a part of Him who go after the ones that are lost, until we together with Him finds the lost sheep.

For the Lord considers :
Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance. -Luke 15:7

This He tells to bring us joy as we stand in awe of His grace toward those who repents.

Next, we heard :
"Or what woman, having ten silver coins, if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and seek diligently until she finds it? -Luke 15:8

So the Lord consider those who belong to a church have sinners among them. In this instance, the sinners like the lost coin are unaware of their sins and that they are lost in the house.

So the Lord is asking or what those belong to a church, if they lose one sinner, aren’t they enlightened to bring the sinners to repentance?

The Lord reveals to us what is happening in Heaven :
Just so, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents." -Luke 15:10

So we should rejoice together with the angels before God when we are enlightened to bring sinners in the church unto repentance.

For we heard:
And he said, "There was a man who had two sons. -Luke 15:11

Aren’t our Lord Jesus consider Himself as the Son of Man who had two sons.

Aren’t the two sons those who obey and not ?

What the Lord considered for the lost son who return and related to those who obey Him:

It was fitting to celebrate and be glad, for this your brother was dead, and is alive; he was lost, and is found.'" -Luke 15:32

So those who disobeyed Him who came to themselves like it is written in Luke 15:17 ; were considered dead because of their acts of disobedience and was made alive through Christ by the Heavenly Father when they returned to Him.

Therefore, let us be glad for our brothers who have returned to the Heavenly Father’s side.

So our Lord considers great joy when sinners draw near Him in true repentance like the lost sheep, the lost coin and the lost son.

Let us consider what makes Christ joyful and our Heavenly Father great delight when we serve Him in the new way of the Spirit.

Oh the party our Heavenly Father throws when His lost child comes to his or her senses. Do we teach a living, loving Jesus who resides in our hearts or do we teach a deadening religious figure in place of our glorious Christ? Religion can captivate God's children and tie them to dead works instead of a living faith.

The truth is Jesus is Alive and wants to be our Saviour and safe us from our sins not accuse us with them without aiding us breaking free from sin's powerful grip. Do we teach the power of God's grace, or do we bring about the power of the accuser in people's, lives destroying them?

Let's love sin to death instead of ostracise those who have been ensnared.

Dear Jeshu,

It is to my understanding that the wicked one, our enemy is the one who always bring many people to afflictions.

Why do our Lord call the enemy, the wicked one in the parable of the sower in Matthew 13? It is because the meaning of the name of “wicked one” is the enemy who maligns the word of the kingdom, deprave a person from the promises of God with intents to harm, and conceives evil thoughts and desires to make a person fell into iniquity.

That is why our Lord comes to set us free from slavery of sin or slavery of fear. Our Lord made it possible for us to receive the Spirit of adoption that we are made children of God according to the will of the Heavenly Father.

I understand many people are traumatized by the accusations of the enemy. Isn’t that is the way the enemy bring afflictions to many people’s minds?

Consider our Lord who receives insults, that He doesn’t retaliate with insults. When He suffers, He doesn’t threaten but handed to His Father who judges justly. Would the Lord insults us in our minds? He wouldn’t. Would the Lord threaten us ? He doesn’t.

As we have heard:
Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. -Romans 8:33
Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died'more than that, who was raised'who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. -Romans 8:34

When God justify us, that means God causes us to be considered righteous.
When Christ intercede for us sinners, that means He pleads on our behalf.
That is why our God is a merciful and compassionate God, slow to anger, rich in grace and truth because He practices grace, justice and righteousness on the earth.

It is true that we receive the teaching of Christ. Why many still find condemnation in their minds ? Some may have said that they have prayed and confessed their sins but why they are still chased by the enemy. It is because they have not broken their fallow ground. They have not abandoned their wicked ways and unrighteous thoughts. If they say that they have done that, they have not submit themselves to the word of God by treasuring His words in their hearts so that they would not sin against the Lord.

That is why it is important for us to stand against the enemy by standing firm in the Lord’s words that we treasure in our hearts and minds.
That is how we fight the good fight of Faith against the enemy.

When we treasure the Lord’s words in our hearts and minds, we are not exhibiting false humility like some religion. We treasure His words because we love Christ who died for us. It is because we are drawn by His steadfast love.

Religion may exhibit good values and proper conduct but we exhibit our love to God because we are called His children. We willingly forsake self love and self righteousness but we may be found in Christ’s faithfulness, that is, righteousness that comes from God.

Let us submit ourselves to apostle’s way of life that is in Christ and that He admonished us as beloved :

Beloved, I urge you as sojourners and exiles to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul. -1 Peter 2:11

Apostle Peter understand the reality of war against our souls that the enemy tried to afflict us.

That is why apostle Paul appeal to us :

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. -Romans 12:1

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. -Romans 12:2

The wicked one, our enemy try to comform us to this present world but we need to heed apostle Paul by submitting ourselves to God’s will through renewing our minds.

Brother, don’t love sin but hate sin. For the fear of God is to hate evil or sin. It is right to hate sin or evil.

Brother, don’t leave any room available in our minds to fear or the enemy but trust God who can give us the strength to bear all things in Christ, trust all things in Christ, hopes all things in Christ, and endure all things in Christ.

What we speak is love of God through Christ Jesus that enables us to be overcomers in Christ.

May God’s grace and peace be with you all.
