Incompetence is when after almost a year, it is still extremely hard for the public to buy n-95 masks. There is a severe lack of leadership on Covid.
Oh there's enough incompetence to go ALL the way around.

From the school districts starting school to purchasing masks to giving vaccines.

It's like the only thing they are interested in is sound bites of why they are great and the other party is dangerous and wrong.

What about the JOB they were elected to do?

Every General contractor can't get the masks...no matter how hard they try. Getting hand sanitizer has gotten easier due to the distilleries kicking in. It smells bad but it's a construction site and not a Social Event.

Only 2 million vaccine doses have been administered so far despite states being in possession of well over 10 million doses. The dems will no doubt blame Trump and yet it was Pelosi who held up $8 billion in vaccine rollout money holding up the stimulus bill for the last 6 months.

This is yet another example of why products should never be in the hands of government. Right now states are playing middle man, determining where vaccines go and who gets them. They're completely incompetent at this job. Government is never able to adequately determine demand and allocate resources accordingly. Had this been left in the hands of the private sector, administration of the vaccine would be far more efficient. Fascism/socialism never works.

Isn't the government owned by corporations anyway?

It's standard practice for a band to let a lower quality band play before them so they look better?

Government messes up, people ask for the corporations to handle it.

Hook, line, and sinker.

Corporations are nothing more than groups of people. They aren't some stand alone alien entity.

Some corporations are like countries, having budgets larger than some of the smaller countries.

There isn't a single corporation that's in the ballpark of having a budget larger than the Federal government. I view this as unfortunate, in large measure because the government is spending way too much money.

I guess there is a point there - Corporations cannot operate on a deficit, so they're not on the same level as governments.

Corporations can take on debt but when they can't actually pay their debts back they fall into bankruptcy and are sold off. They also don't continue accumulating debt to the tune of $28 trillion all while voters beg for more spending.

Yeah, it's kind of like how a corporation is not a person, it's also not a country.

But it's like them, sort of - but not completely.

Corporations are a person under the law, it's a legal fiction. But that's another matter.

All the rights but none of the responsibilities, so a fake doll basically.

I don't know what responsibilities you imagine corporations don't have. They pay taxes and provide employment for tens of millions of Americans. The overwhelming majority of people work for private businesses.

Sure, the government is totally incompetent...due to its failure to warn the public as to the vaccine risks.

Hey drug companies, why no animal studies data? Why no toxicology reports? What's with the hiding the adverse events logs?

Well, at least the CDC published numbers showing over 3,000 serious adverse events after the first 5 days of emergency use rollout, about 3%. Why no reports since then, CDC? And what's with the Russian Roulette? The paulsies, the paralysis, the deaths? All pre-existing, just coincidence, eh?

You'd have to have a deathwish.

If you have the responsibility of the person, you can also go to jail or be executed accordingly.

Only rights are provided to corporation persons, and it is like a fake doll so those in control do not take on legal liabilities.

That's why I called it a legal fiction.

You are right. I even believe the ten kings from Revelation might be companies instead of countries.

The wording of "not like the other nations" gave me similar ideas.
