Heard a medical person say today journaling has health benefits - improves immune system, liver, lung, mental function and heals wounds faster. Reduces blood pressure, depression and anxiety. Know any Scriptures to support?

It's amazing how God made our bodies.

When we journal we can 'count our blessings,name them one by one and it will surprise us what the LORD has done' 'His Faithfulness is new every morning' (Lamentations 3:23)
