What system do you think we should use fir choosing leaders?

The strongest, most capable leader should take the throne by any means necessary, even if it's Augusto Pinochet style.

No they didn't try to impeach him, he was impeached.
tulc(suspects it'll be a foot note in all the history books when his administration is covered)
I guess you are correct. They accused Trump of a bunch of stuff. But their goal was to remove Trump from office the same thing Trump is trying to do now. Tit for tat.
Impeachment in the United States is the process by which a legislature (usually in the form of the lower house) brings charges against a civil officer of government for crimes alleged to have been committed, analogous to the bringing of an indictment by a grand jury.

I prefer drawing straws. Perhaps Russian roulette? How about a Monopoly tournament? Whoever wins gets to pick the next Beloved Leader.

The strongest, most capable leader should take the throne (snip)
A) there isn't a throne and this isn't the Game of Thrones
B) the most capable are seldom (if ever) the strongest
and finally this explains pretty well the difference between opinions and arguments:
An opinion is usually defined as a belief or view held by an individual. It can be formed by or based upon virtually anything, and an opinion is not necessarily based upon what is true, accurate or informed. This is in stark contrast to an argument. The most important distinction is that an argument is a coherent, logical set of reasons that support an overall judgement or assessment. How convincing an argument is is dependent on how closely the various components of the argument support the overall position being presented. A good or convincing argument might, for example, present evidence clearly and coherently to help illustrate the point being made. (snip)

my thought would be by using the word "redundant" that made "unnecessary"...well, redundant and unnecessary. And I think we should stamp out and abolish multiple redundancies.
Your abundant supply of anti-Trump threads would be regarded as a redundancy. Now that you argue that redundancy is synonymous with being unnecessary, I must concede.

Well, Trump already lost the Texas case. Today the Electoral College will elect Joe Biden as president. Trump isn't admitting defeat because he knows there is still money to be made by refusing to concede.

I said when he takes the oath because truly he is not president until that occurs. He could pass before then but it will still mean a Democrat in office. The results are truly not final until Congress accepts them and in the past we have had at least once where Congress decided. It does not affect my walk with Christ and no matter we will have another election and another president and hopefully one where the rules are set and unchanged and not what they were this year. Radicals are good at using events to further their agendas and apparently the GOP in many states are not good at blocking them. Does not mean Biden did not win only it is not possible to say that in some states rules were manipulated and changed to achieve a certain result. Success, failure, would it have been the same regardless. Who knows but we live from where we are not where we would like to be.

I won't accept the results of the election until I believe there has been a thorough and fair investigation into the election. When voting machines have been turned over to the investigators and been thoroughly examined and proven to be accurate. By those alleging they are not. When investigators who believe the election was stolen are given complete access to all the votes cast by ballot in the areas of dispute. And they cannot prove any fraud.

My opinion is put up or shut up. But right now they have not been given full access to everything. Until they are, I will not accept this election. If they are given full and complete access and cannot show me the fraud I will accept the election.

There has been much debate on CF over the Presidential election, with some here still claiming that Trump actually won reelection, but the election was somehow stolen from him.

The question is simple: When will you accept the results of the Presidential election? Please explain why.

Only 18% of Frequent Fox News Viewers Accept Election Outcome, Poll Says
When they are correct results! Pennsylvania lawmakers find there were more votes than voters. Hundreds of thousands of Georgia presidential ballots 'missing documentation' Stacey Abrams' sister makes stunning ruling that may give Senate control to Dems.

You are quoting articles from a far-right, fringe "media" organization. There's more to each of the stories you just posted. I encourage you to research the truth.
Well said Thomas White. The truth is out there and it is not difficult to find such as this AP fact check regarding Pennsylvania. AP has a reputation for being fair and middle of the road in its reporting.

Except I provided a link to an AP article and AP is seen as being centrist.
