There is a very clear case for tax evasion from New York. This was a crime committed before he was elected. They could not prosecute while he was the sitting President. That protection goes away after January 20th. He will not escape that particular case. And since it is not a federal crime it is not even a crime that a President can pardon.

Also, the Exodus 34 Ten Commandments are the only set referred to as the Ten Commandments in the actual Holy Scriptures.

The list in Exodus 20 is not referred to as the Ten Commandments in the Holy Scriptures, only in the header that was added by translators at a later date.
