‘Ultimate betrayal’: Trump questions loyalty of Pence as GOP hardliners push to overturn election results

Donald Trump is becoming unhinged. It's beyond belief that performing a largely ceremonial function as stipulated by the Constitution would be considered disloyal. But Donald is still supported by a lot of Republicans. If the Veep has future ambitions for elected office, he'll need those voters.

Although if flies could vote, Mike would win by a landslide.

Such behaviour is not uncommon in national leaders. It's just we've never seen it in an American President before and it is difficult to adjust to it. I've adapted by following this hourly schedule:
  • 20 minutes laugh uproariously
  • 20 minutes cry unconsolably
  • 20 minutes recover
  • Repeat hourly until January 20th 2021

Wow. While I expected this in a way, it's still...something.

See, Barr and Pence, are both emphatically Christian in their speeches and such, and Trump is questioning their 'loyalty' and such (and it's why Barr either had to go or wanted to go (either way) we could deduce from the history of the administration -- that people in the administration are 'great' until they don't perfectly line agree with with something Trump demands, even when it's a wrongful thing).

Trump is sort of throwing out the believers (or threatening any remaining) so to speak, those that fear God.

Seems.

It's like that people have to choose whether to be loyal to him, even if it's about doing something their conscience won't allow.

It's like a stark choice: are you loyal to Trump, a mortal man, or are you loyal to something else (such as doing what is right).

Ah, yes ... as reported by Axios.

Does Axios have ANY credibility these days?

There’s zero chance Mike Pence could win a presidential election anyway, so it’s not like he’s risking much.

"President Trump is reportedly questioning the loyalty of Vice President Mike Pence as the commander-in-chief pushes ever more extreme measures to overturn his election loss...

It was only four words into the article when the writers admitted that the whole thing was unreliable gossip...and it from Axios and the now-disgraced "Lincoln Project" that went down in flames during the election campaign because of its dishonesty.

So the Daily News writes an article about an article (Axios) which cites an unnamed source who claimed Trump is questioning Pence's loyalty. Is that correct?

In other words, Dave said that Johnathan heard from a guy that Trump is loosing it. Great journalism!

Why yes, yes it does according to MediaBiasFactCheck:
MBFC said:
Overall, we rate Axios just Left of Center biased based on story selection that slightly favors the left. They are High for factual reporting due to proper sourcing and zero failed fact checks.
In review, Axios covers news and mostly American politics. There is minimal use of loaded language in headlines such as this: Go deeper: How the NRA’s spending shows the shifting midterms landscape. Further, all articles are well sourced to credible media outlets and/or quotes people making official statements. An analysis of news stories reveals that more favor the left through wording and volume of stories.

A factual search reveals that Axios has never failed a fact check.

Honestly, I may be out of the loop, but I’ve never heard of Axios. Their piece was picked up by the Daily News. Which is the source I quoted, and to which I linked. To my knowledge, the DN is fairly centrist—not as liberal as the Times. And not as conservative as the Post. But knowing Trump’s narcissism and his absolute intolerance of anyone veering away from his narrative, the story has a definite ring of truth.

Why yes, yes it does according to MediaBiasFactCheck:
I just searched "Media Bias/Fact Check" on Media Bias/ Fact Check but it has no results on how factual they are. I wonder why?

But I did find this:
‘Media Bias/Fact Check’ Site Served With Cease And Desist, Gets Fact-Checked

Discredited, self-styled ‘fact-checker’ website was served with a ‘cease and desist’ legal notice today for publishing unsubstantiated and defamatory claims against Principia Scientific International (PSI).

MEDIA BIAS/FACT CHECK site owner admits he is unqualified and misrepresented himself as a seasoned journalist.

So what exactly makes Media Bias/Fact Check so credible?
