I had purchased the above products in the past 3 years
and have found them to be dirty with a contaminant which
has given me symptoms, side effects which have been attributed to the products themselves
but actually have an adulterant which is the culprit for the health effects of the products.
The side effects of this adulterant,
paresthesia including:
burning sensations
crawling sensations
stinging sensations
itching through out the body including perceived itching
within bones
numbness
sensations of cold or heat comparable to
hot flashes and cold flashes
visual disturbances
discoloration of colors
soreness of joints
heightened agitation, anxiety
irritation, and emotional instabilities
brain fog
muscle twitching and muscle spasms
and possibly
brittle hair and nails

The adulterant may or may not be: ultrafine particles also known as
nano particles which has been linked to increased chance of heart attack.
The articles and medical journals refer to these as non-lethal heart attacks
which I have experienced once myself, and came close to experiencing again on a different occasion.
I do not have high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease. I jog regularly 4 miles multiple times a week.
and less frequently 8 miles a day. I have been to the doctor before and after these circumstances.
These circumstances had occured after purchasing some kratom from a reputable distributor sold locally
in smoke shops that is also a member of the American Kratom Association.
I am here to state and report my experience of the last 3 years and how although I had made an effort
to avoid exposure to the contaminant which I have identified to be ultrafine particles or nano particles for short,
I continued to have re exposure to the same contaminant which creates these health effects.
It was only through expulsion of the material over time and taking a certain health supplement that mediates the removal of such material out of
cells of the body that I have had success in removing the material and lessening the health effects or symptoms over the period of months
only to be re-exposed to the same material in other said products stated above.
I came to post my experience with the above sold products and prescription medication
and it wasn't until I had the same experience with prescription medication that I had purchased from walgreens, that I had decided
to write a report to the online community as a warning to people and a testimony of someone who has been affected by this pollution,
apparently nano pollution, or in other words ultrafine particle pollution.
I suppose the only way to tell this story is from beginning till end.
I had purchased for the first time phenibut from one of the two most well known brands sold online.
after a week of ingestion, the symptoms began and for the next 6 months would wreck havoc on my life and health.
I had stopped taking the phenibut after less than two weeks of use, but once the symptoms began, they continued
long after I had stopped the phenibut. I thought I was dying or had done some kind of permanent damage to my body.
I had initially thought that I had multiple sclerosis or fybromyalgia as the symptoms could possibly correlate with these
diseases, but then the mild heart attack occured.
I was sitting on my bed when suddenly I had a great sense of pulling on my left arm that extended to all through out my chest and neck
which left me gasping for air with an alarming pain that I could only describe as straining.
I'm not sure how it didn't occur to me until 6 months later to try a supplement that I had purchased before, but it wasn't until after I ordered it
and took it that I began to see results of it progressively being reduced in my body, starting with immediate relief of much of the symptoms
although they still lingered, ebbed and flowed as the stuff worked itself out of my body with continous use of DMSO, dimethylsulphoxide.
I would drink less than a tea spoon in purified water in a glass cup every 3 or 4 days, in combination with agitation of the material
itself in my body by running and exercise. With time, the visual disturbances along with the parasthesia began to fade.
Some how I didn't put two and two together that the phenibut would have the same effect regardless from what company I bought it from.
I tried the other well known brand thats abbreviated LM. Believing that it might have been the brand or something else, I continued to use
the phenibut thinking these were side effects of the phenibut but later concluded that this was in fact a contaminated product with something.
Manufacturing practices in China? I did not know what to do so I stopped.
Please note that in all these occasions I did not consume other drugs or supplements.
Later I picked up vaping. The stories of over doing it by using cartridge after cartridge for the pocket sized vape sold at the local gasoline station and
smoke shops were true, you end up ingesting absurd amounts of nicotine comparable to a two pack habit a day. It was after finishing my second purchase
of 4 pods that it became clear that the same health effects and symptoms that were plaguing the phenibut were also in the nicotine vape cartridges.
These cartridges were purchased at my local gas station, whether or not they were counterfeited, I do not know.
But I progressively began to feel these effects, thinking they were only my imagination, but after I had finished my second round of pods
they were unignorable and so I decided to look up nicotine vaporizers and their dangers only to find that ultrafine particles was an
actual concern, and that one of the possible health complications included as termed "non-lethal heart attack". I immediately stopped vaping.
I knew what had occured earlier that year, when I experienced this. I knew that it was the stuff in the phenibut, what I didn't know was
that it would be something I bought from a gasoline station.
As time passed, I thought something herbal and natural could be a healthy alternative to my experiences with the chemical that I had ordered,
and is for the most part manufactured in China by the name Phenibut.
After a few purchases of 4 ounces of the Kratom association of America approved brand from my local smoke shop I decided to purchase 8 ounces.
It was in this 8 ounce bag that again, after two days of consuming around 15 grams a day, I had felt a strong pulling sensation in the middle of the night
I woke up with hot flashes and cardiovascular distress, a strong sense of tension in my extremities just like before, but never actually having
the event of a heart attack, thank God. I didn't know what to make of it. Again, this exposure, and once again I would have to spend many months
working the stuff out of my body. It wouldnt be until the summer of this year that I would again have another run in with nano particle pollution,
but this time with walgreens. A place I would never expect something this out of place,
again made a brush with me. Of all places, a walgreens pharmacy when I had received a prescription for generic adderal of the Teva brand.

the same had occured, cheap manufacturing with ingredients, I don't know, but what I do know is after looking online there were many

of being prescribed the teva brand before and after this side effects were notable in their supply chain, and I remember there being no issue
with Teva adderall back when I was prescribed in 2016 through 2017, but this time it wasn't the case. These pills were riddled with the stuff.
And the effects of the amphetamine med with the stimulation of the nano particle contamination was an awful blow to my nervous system, and to
the others who have been affected by this noted by reports online.
I found the medication unfit for human consumption, and so I stopped taking it. Now fast forward to these last few months. I was recovering from
the adderall, the exposure from phenibut, the kratom, the nicotine vapes and tried purchasing an over the counter supplement from Whole Foods.
Gaba Calm 30 tablet lozenges from Source Naturals for around 5 bucks. No big issue right. No, again I was exposed to this nanocrap.
I'm not going to go into detail about its effects but it was the same thing. After about 9 tablets 4 days later, it was the same
thing again.
This concludes my report and story of what these products contain.
I don't know if there is nano particle pollution else where
what I do know is it doesn't come out of the body easily.
How the stuff got on natural products such as kratom, I don't know.
The manufacturing of products such as nicotine vape cartridges, materials used to synthesize amphetamine to be used in pharmacueticals and
the supplement known as phenibut, that seems plausible for such contamination as manufacturing practices are continuously becoming
questionable in the generic pharmacuetical market, as well as possibly China sourced industrial and chemical ingredients.
But its become apparent that whole foods, has also become a market for nano or ultrafine particle laced products. In this case, a gaba supplement.
I'm posting this since this extends past not one but multiple
products and their criteria, for harm reduction and hazard awareness to the public.
When I have the time I'll search for more user reports that very much have the same experience with these products.
for the time being I have only limited amounts of data and links but will continue to add to them.
Theres no standard analysis like HPLC that will pickup these trace particles. I don't have any objective evidence since that would require much science that I don't have, This form of pollution is relatively new. and while it would be easy to put this off as
some kind of personal sensitivity to the substances or products. Plenty of people are getting these unreasonable responses to the materials in question. Such as freezing cold or heat or simultaneous sensations of both at the same time. These symptoms/side effect linger well past the use of the substances. The visual disturbances due to stimulation of the optic nerve in the back of the eye that passes much through the lymphatic system.
People experiencing what they describe as heart attacks or similar.
If what I am saying is true, we are dealing with a new form of contamination that wouldn't be easily identified by more common analysis tech.

I've tried some of the same products whether it be kratom, propylene glycol, nicotine, or generic adderall at one time or another other than the times stated on my report without issue, but these experiences correlate and coincide with the timeline from which generic adderall from teva started getting a bad rap over being intolerable.
