He may have to take it down to appease his supporters who delivered the election to him.

What old Joe said in the past is no longer relevant, particularly about the wall.

It would be foolish to take it down, but any new construction would have to be justified before preceding.

One hopes he will stop building Trump's silly wall and take more effective measures to keep the border secure. He could hardly do worse, whatever he does.

He will give back all the money Mexico paid for it.

Biden will leave it or take it down. It won't matter anyway as I see ICE being abolished and the borders wide open. The place will be a free-for-all. Already many people and caravans are getting ready to make their way here and become citizens almost immediately.

Ideally his administration would drop that boondoggle in favor of a revamped everify system with teeth that would take away the economic motivation for illegal immigration. I doubt that would happen but there it is.

The wall was never about illegal economic migration anyway. It was always just to be seen to be protecting us against those scary refugees from Central America.

Not true. Those of us who voted for President-elect Biden want a secure border, but the wall has nothing to do with that. Most illegal immigrants and illegal substances come through regular border checkpoints, including airports. The wall on the Mexican border is similar to the Soviet's Berlin Wall: it's a propaganda symbol, nothing more.

The left will line the entire border with piles of blank ballots with leftist only check boxes on them. Might as well they certify anything they feel like certifying anyway.

Be fair, they could come through the wall in a few minutes, too, using a reciprocating saw available for 1500 Pesos at any one of three convenient Home Depot stores in Ciudad Juarez.

While we are way out here in the weeds, what ever happened to the Democrats throwing this election cycle so AOC is able to run as soon as she met the age requirement? Did that wither for want of attention in this flood of nonsense that we are in or are some still pushing it?
