Are you guilty of setting resolutions that fizzle out before the month ends?
No! I make plans and stick to them, with flexibility as needed of course. I think a lot of people make a plan and then believe that the plan will magically work itself. Or, they are afraid to face the changes they need to make because it makes them feel bad about themselves. Then they stay stuck and feel bad about that, while trying to ignore those feelings by avoiding things. It can be a vicious cycle.

Many have no difficulty setting a goal. But they don't know how to get there. Planning is a skill. Some are more adept than others.
