From what I am gleaning, this is a motion to included a new lawyer to an ongoing litigation, and/or when that lawyer has to practice across state lines where they are not licensed. Im not understanding the body of text as anything other than deceptive.

Can you post a link to the actual court cases? There is no way to appropriately comment on these random pictures of court documents or a phrase that appears to be pulled from the ether.

An intervenor is a a party who does not have a substantial and direct interest but has clearly ascertainable interests and perspectives essential to a judicial determination and whose standing has been granted by the court for all or a portion of the proceedings.

The defendant: DNC Services Corp.
DNC Services Corp DNC Services Corporation operates as a non-profit organization. The Organization promotes democratic platform and coordinating party organizational activities including civil rights, health care, and social security. DNC Services serves communities in the United States.

All these asterisks, they are trying to approve Hac Vice.

The envelopes are probably still there. For example Georgia, contrary to your claim, does verify every signature. Of course once verified the ballot has to be separated from the envelope before being counted.

This is supposedly an election... Trump should not have to 'prove' anything. The provenance should have been provided. Instead, the Dems are doing everything in their power to stop transparency.
