That is nothing new...your point?

I didn't know that newsmax was an anti-Trump channel. I thought they were the new Trump-channel of the moment. The place where all of the biggest Trump fans went after the great FoxNews Betrayal of 2020. (How dare they call Arizona for Biden on election night and refer to Biden just 4 days later as "President-elect". Hmmpf)

Correcting a layperson’s grammar on an online forum is generally unnecessary and rude. To submit a document with spelling, grammar, and formatting errors to a judge indicates sloppiness and lack of professionalism. It does raise the question about how serious she is.

IMO, it just shows she (aide, paralegal, etc...) threw it together hastily with little regard and did not bother to proofread it themselves or have a second person look it over. So yeah, they are exerting very little effort and even less time.

It's sort of indicative of the suit(s).

If Powell et al cant even do basic proof reading (or hire a couple of juniors to do it), why should the court have any confidence that they've done basic due diligence on the claims contained in the filing?

I never thought the rant she made about Hugo Chavez in the press briefing would make it into a legal complaint. They went full nutty conspiracy theory in that complaint. The judge is gonna get a migraine trying to sort out the levels of stupid in this one.
It's not a conspiracy theory ... when the evidence exists to back it up.

You seem to have a differing standard of evidence that I do, but I’ll admit it’s entertaining:

Donald Trump is obviously the Antichrist because he likes red (the color of hellfire and Satan) ties, and his first name has six letters in it.

See, irrefutable evidence.

This is loads of fun...

What day is it?

November the 26th?

23 days since the election. And still nothing of merit.

So when are you guys going to get around to presenting some evidence proving that this isn't just another delusional conspiracy theory?

Noting that Sidney Powell has already provided far more evidence in 23 days than Robert Mueller's team provided in three years.

Jus' sayin ...

I want to be snarky, but at the moment all I'm feeling is pity.

Come back to reality, it's not as bad as you think it is.

You're concept of evidence is so very different than what stands up in courts or science.

But I got my popcorn ready. Whoops, holiday. Gotta wait until Monday. Well, I'll be waiting patiently.

Do you ever wonder how people in the former Soviet Union and Nazi Germany got so brain-washed?

Because there was a guy feeding their paranoia and spreading it.

Like Trump.

Not really, because I spent most of my late teens and through my mid 20s reading about the rise of totalitarian regimes (you should see my bookshelves, they're fun. I'd recommend The Captive Mind and The Origins of Totalitarianism as probably the best explorations of the subject)

It's not that difficult a process to understand. And, it's not as if this sort of thing is exclusive to Communist or Fascist states. Or limited to just political ideologies.

...he's still going and its only getting more brutal.

Man, I signed up to twitter just so I could hand out some likes.

"There's evidence. There's strong evidence. And then there's StrongEvidence, which seems to be neither strong nor evidence."

Like Trump.
Trump's not the one afraid of lawsuits. Trump has been subjected to intense scrutiny ... some might even have other words for it ... but his dirty laundry has been laid out in the open for the past four years.

Now, it seems that examining dirty laundry of the opposition for even a few weeks is too much to ask. Is it? Is that really too much to ask?

May I please see his tax returns?

Oh, certainly not. We'll be looking at Biden's dirty laundry for at least the next four years.
