What exactly do you mean? It appears you are implying that we are getting anxious about whether Trump will succeed in any of his tactics. I’ve been anxious on and off about this since Election Day. Not because I think that proof will surface that will overturn the election, but because Trump is capable of terrifying abuse of power. He appears to be attempting to coerce elections officials and for some reason is purging the military and security agencies of people who disagree with him. If you find pleasure in that, good for you.

You can think it's petty all you want. It just means you've likely never had to deal with legal documents before.
Poor grammar, spelling, etc. also impact the reputation of the lawyers and/or law firms in question. It would be like a construction firm that continuously makes measurement errors when framing a building. It's just sloppy work.

You can think that and some in the court of public opinion may agree with you. But this is going to be decided in a court of law and there these mistakes are a big problem. If this was supposed to be the case (and by calling it the Kraken I would guess it is) the lawyers shot themselves in the foot before actually stepping into a court room.

I never thought the rant she made about Hugo Chavez in the press briefing would make it into a legal complaint. They went full nutty conspiracy theory in that complaint. The judge is gonna get a migraine trying to sort out the levels of stupid in this one.
