Grammar is important, else the supreme court might have ruled differently regarding the second amendment.

The failure to proof read also speaks volumes over the seriousness of the lawsuit.

Not having a reference to an affidavit is a big deal in a court filing. If this lawyer was representing me, I would be furious. It would lead me to wonder if they actually take the case seriously or are just doing it to con me out of money.

Grammar in a lawsuit, and any legal document actually, is incredibly important. Poor grammar leads to ambiguity. Ambiguity can nullify an entire contract, or at the least parts of the contract. Lawsuits can fall prey to the same issues.

Knowing to make sure all claims are referenced in a lawsuit? Yes, I do know better than the lawyers based on this lawsuit that you are excited by.

It would behoove you to start preparing to be disappointed when this case gets shot down like the rest.

Any ambiguity in a case is automatically used to disadvantaged the party that wrote it. If you get a real stickler on the bench, a lawyer for the defendants could argue that they aren’t in the court room for the “United States Districct Court, Northern Distrcoict, Atlanta Division” they are in the court room for the “United States District Court, Northern District, Atlanta Division” so this case is filed in the wrong place and this court has no jurisdiction over this case. The judge could toss it for that reason.

You do see that they want to throw out election results which favor Democrats because of alleged fraud perpetrated by Republicans, right?

What I continue to see is Trump supporters pulling out all the stops to try to delegitimize the election results.

Getting a lawyer who has a firm grasp of the English language and cares enough to actually put effort in a lawsuit filing would be step one.

If this is the level of quality the Right is willing to accept for lawsuits filed on their behalf, they deserve to be swindled out of every last dime in their pockets group to these legal charlatans.
