The case is to be argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court tomorrow (11-27).

Hi archivist,

It seems that another one bites the dust. And another one down and another one down and another one bites the dust. Appeals court rejects Trump campaign's Pennsylvania election claims

Trump loses appeal of Pennsylvania election case

I wonder when these trumpites are going to finally understand that no matter Republican or Democrat, pretty much every judge that these cases have been brought before agrees that there just isn't any substantiating evidence being brought to the table. I think it's been a pretty well known fact of American jurisprudence that without facts, it's really tough to win a case.

Of course, it's also been pretty well established, that for trumpites, these judges are left-leaning liberals that are working to destroy our country. Although a couple of them have actually been Trump appointees. Guess he really didn't hire the best and brightest...if that's determined by agreement with him.

Got it.

God bless,
ted

The judge who wrote the opinion in the Third Circuit Federal case involving the Trump campaign that came down today was a Trump appointee, and the other two judges who heard the case were Republican appointees. It was a unanimous decision by the panel. You are right, the Trump people just won’t admit that there is nothing there.

It appears that the judge believes that claims regarding mail in ballots are viable. That doesn't mean Trump will win in the end but it does mean this judge believes that the claim should not be kicked immediately. I wouldn't read too much into the ruling.
