That would seem to be the one. The second question from the judge is basically: "Given the naming of electors, why is this still a thing?"

This can't be it. We were promised the filing of a suit. An enquiry from the court in response to an existing suit does not fit.

You're right. This is a response from the court rather than a suit filed by Wood.

The response from the court looks like it was filed Nov 25 in response to an appeal filed on Nov 24. (see the actual doc attached to the article.)

There was a filing in Georgia state court from a "John Wood" today.

ALERT: NEW ELECTION CONTEST FILED IN GEORGIA

I haven't seen any evidence of Lin Wood on this case, but who knows.

I looked through it and half of it is complaining about a grant from a private foundation to Fulton Co. and then some talk about statistical anomalies and other things. It refers to an exhibit, but that exhibit isn't online.
Their remedy to these problems are, of course, to throw out the entire election, because that's what you do when you have minor procedural complaints. (Right?)

Just for fun, the misspell the name of the Sec. of State. Good work ninja lawyer guy.

I looks like you've found the "Kraken" filing. They're are throwing around lawsuits like pillows at a furniture store. It's hard to figure out.

I'm looking through it now. It's not real brilliant so far, they misspelled "district" two different ways in the header. Not a good look.

Yeah, I found some it on Twitter. Some have noted that the marks form the electronic filing system aren't on the PDF, so it's not clear if it has even been filed. (I kind of hope it has. This could just be the text she actually submitted and not the returned version after processing in the docket. I think the relevant phrase is "rule 11".)

It's more than I could have hoped for. It looks as though Powell is accusing Kemp of at least fraud, and quite possibly treason. I look forward to hear what Trump has to say about one of his allied lawyers accusing one of his most ardent supporters and a governor at that, and also watch a legal battle where republicans are the plaintiff and defendant.

Wow! They threw the full-blown conspiracy theory at Georgia. Looks like some serious popcorn time. I can just imagine the Dominion folks putting together their defamation suit.

Trying to argue anything about Dominion in GA makes no sense. The machines print paper copies of the votes that the voter can see before completing the vote. Those paper copies were counted by hand during the "audit". They matched the machine count.

My favorite outcome has always been where the plaintiff's legal counsel is forced to plead the 5th during a court hearing. I can't imagine we're that far from that outcome.
